    Head of Account

    Job Description

    • Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports
    • Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
    • Prepare or direct preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, and/or reports required by the managing director.
    • Preparation of monthly payroll.
    • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information, e.g. bank accounts, trade receivables, trade payables, stock, inter-branch accounts, etc.
    • Monthly/Quarterly/Annual analysis of financial statements
    • Analyze and review budgets and expenditures.
    • Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
    • Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
    • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing statement of affairs, comprehensive Income Statement location wise, global and other reports as demanded by the Managing Director.
    • Guides account officer by coordinating activities and supervising assigned tasks.
    • Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels and ensure expenditure control.
    • Handling preparation and filing of tax returns and compliance issues.
    • Explain accounting policies to staff when required.
    • Recommend, develop, and maintain financial databases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.
    • Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
    • Under the supervision of the Internal Auditor manage the production of Annual and Quarterly reports and Accounts and the associated supporting evidence and reconciliations.
    • Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements and advising management on needed actions. E.g. Tax Management of Federal, State, and Local Government.
    • Secures financial information by completing database backups.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and ensuring managerial support to operations.
    • Production of a statutory-based set of management accounts, including balance sheets monthly to prepare monthly management accounts.
    • Other duties as may be assigned by internal management.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • A University Degree in Accounting or related field.
    • A minimum of 5-10 years of working experience within the finance/audit and control department of a corporate organization or professional services organization.
    • Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, ICAN, CFA, etc.

    Sales Associate / Trainee

    Responsiblities

    • Liaise with clients in all areas of sales including but not limited to product information, information on special discounts, new products, company services etc.
    • Provide effective, efficient and prompt service delivery to customers
    • Offer advice to customers on products in line with customer needs
    • Deal with customers complaints and ensure complete resolution on every complaint
    • Monitor stock in display cabinets and replenish products as required

    Digital Marketing Manager

    Job Description

    • Your job is to plan, develop, and implement all aspects of digital marketing strategy to reach more people, increase our income, and build stronger relationships with our audiences.
    • Directly Reports to Managing Director/CEO, Business Development Manager.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the planning and execution of the digital marketing strategies to promote Maybrands services to customers.
    • Plan, organize, and manage all e-mail campaigns, events, social media pages, and relevant creative content per the marketing calendar to drive traffic and increase conversions on the website.
    • Manage online customer acquisition and retention programs including SEO, email, affiliate marketing, graphics, and social marketing.
    • Investigate, recommend, and implement new enhancements that can increase revenue, and brand awareness and improve overall customer experience by analyzing the results of ongoing efforts.
    • Email Marketing: Plan and manage a regular schedule of email marketing activity, growing our subscriber base and creating engaging, relevant content including testing to optimize results
    • Use Google Analytics and other business tracking tools to make strategic and tactical recommendations
    • Benchmark, measure, and analyze results of online marketing initiatives such as e-mail campaigns, events, promotions, SEO marketing, affiliate programs, and future online marketing initiatives.
    • Cooperate with the web developers to make necessary changes in the website if necessary
    • Perform keyword research in coordination with Maybrands business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
    • Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
    • Provide recommendations and execute/manage strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword-specific
    • Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer video briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers)
    • Keeping current with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Undertaking any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and social media management tools.
    • Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
