    Audit Executive

    Job Description

    • As an audit executive, you will play a crucial role in assisting the internal audit team in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of the organization's internal controls, risk management processes, and operational efficiency.
    • You will contribute to the overall assurance and governance functions by conducting audits, analyzing data, and collaborating with various departments to identify areas for improvement.

    Responsibilities
    Audit Execution:

    • Assist in planning and executing internal audits in accordance with established audit procedures.
    • Perform tests of controls and substantive testing to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies.
    • Gather and analyze audit evidence, ensuring accuracy and relevance to audit objectives.
    • Document audit findings, including issues, risks, and recommended improvements.

    Data Analysis:

    • Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract, manipulate, and analyze data for audit purposes.
    • Identify patterns, anomalies, and trends in data that could indicate potential areas of concern or improvement.

    Risk Assessment:

    • Participate in risk assessment activities to identify key areas of risk within the organization's processes.
    • Assist in developing risk-based audit plans and strategies to address identified risks.

    Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and controls.
    • Communicate effectively with departmental personnel to gather information and provide audit-related guidance.

    Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate and organized audit documentation, including workpapers, findings, and conclusions.
    • Ensure documentation complies with internal standards and industry best practices.

    Reporting:

    • Assist in preparing clear and concise audit reports, summarizing audit findings and recommendations for improvement.
    • Present findings to senior auditors and management, as needed.

    Account Executive

    Job Description

    • Administering accounting operations to meet legal requirements.

    Responsibilities

    • Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
    • Prepare balance sheets
    • Process invoices
    • Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
    • Update internal systems with financial data
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
    • Reconcile bank statements
    • Participate in financial audits
    • Track bank deposits and payments
    • Assist with budget preparation

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. or HND in Finance / Accounting
    • Higher educational qualification/professional certification in Accounting (ACA, ACCA) is an added advantage
    • 0 - 2 years relevant work experience in Accounting or Finance function.
    • Good knowledge and understanding of finance best practices, IFRS and other applicable accounting standards.
    • Basic knowledge of accounting packages and systems, preferably ERM.
    • Good organisational skills.

    Procurement Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced Senior ProcurementOfficer who will play a key role in sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
    • This position requires strong analytical abilities, negotiation skills, and attention to detail.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's purchasing objectives and budgetary constraints.
    • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conducting market research and supplier assessments to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms, to secure favorable contracts.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to determine purchasing requirements and prioritize procurement activities accordingly.
    • Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Monitor supplier performance, addressing any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner to maintain uninterrupted supply chains.
    • Forecast demand for materials and components based on production schedules and inventory levels, optimizing inventory management practices.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to streamline procurement processes and improve operational efficiency.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to procurement activities.
    • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier communications for reporting and audit purposes.

    Qualification and Skills

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
    • Proven experience in purchasing roles within the manufacturing industry, with at least 5 - 8 years of relevant experience.
    • Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and techniques, with a focus on strategic sourcing and vendor management.
    • Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to drive cost savings and value-added opportunities through effective supplier relationships.
    • Proficiency in procurement software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for managing purchasing activities and analyzing procurement data.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize procurement processes.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast pace environment.
