    Event Manager

    Job Description:

    • The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, our bouncers and protocol girls and executing events from concept to completion.
    • This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • The Event Manager will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that all events meet high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Event Planning and Management:

    • Develop and implement event plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their vision is brought to life.
    • Source and manage vendors, including venues, caterers, entertainment, and other third-party suppliers.
    • Handle all event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting on the day of the event.

    Budget Management:

    • Create and manage event budgets, ensuring events are executed within financial constraints.
    • Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best rates and terms.

    Team Coordination:

    • Lead and coordinate the work of event staff, including volunteers, contractors, and internal teams.
    • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events.

    Marketing and Promotion:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials for events.
    • Manage event registration and attendance tracking.

    Client Relations:

    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Provide post-event reports and gather feedback to assess event success and areas for improvement.

    Compliance and Safety:

    • Ensure all events comply with health, safety, and legal regulations.
    • Develop and implement risk management plans as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event planning or management, preferably in a similar industry.

    Skills:

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage budgets and financial aspects of events.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in event management software and tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent).
    • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
    • Personal Attributes:

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in digital or virtual events.

    • Security Expertise: In-depth knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
    • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and management.
