    Electrical Engineer

    Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components according to project specifications and requirements.
    • Create detailed electrical schematics, drawings, and documentation.
    • Conduct simulations and analysis to validate designs and ensure they meet performance, safety, and reliability standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software engineers, and project managers, to integrate electrical designs into overall systems.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during the design, prototyping, and production phases.
    • Perform testing and validation of prototypes and final products.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
    • Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer or in a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices.
    • Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP).
    • Experience with simulation and analysis tools.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
    • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., IEEE, NEC, IEC).

    Skills:

    • Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
    • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
    • Experience with project management and leading engineering teams.
    • Knowledge of automation and control systems.
    • Experience in a specific industry relevant to the role (e.g. Elevators, Excavators, etc.).
    • 3 - 5 years work experience.

    Working Conditions

    • Primarily office-based with occasional site visits as required.
    • May require working extra hours to meet project deadlines.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Technician

    Responsibilities

    • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems.
