    Quality Assurance Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the laboratory in achieving ISO accreditation.
    • Prepare and maintain documentation required for accreditation and audits.
    • Ensure continuous compliance with ISO standards and other relevant quality management systems.
    • Implement and monitor quality management systems in the laboratory.
    • Conduct regular internal audits to ensure adherence to established protocols and standards.
    • Address non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
    • Create, review, and update SOPs to ensure best practices in laboratory processes.
    • Train laboratory staff on SOPs and ensure their compliance.
    • Implement quality control measures and monitor laboratory performance.
    •  Analyze data from quality control tests to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Prepare and present quality assurance reports to management.
    • Report on quality metrics and provide recommendations for enhancements.
    • Stay updated on changes in regulations and standards relevant to the laboratory.

    Qualification/Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science
    • Strong knowledge of ISO accreditation processes and requirements
    • Proven experiences in a quality assurance role within a medical laboratory setting
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
    • Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.

    Business Development Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
    • Identify new market opportunities and trends to expand the laboratory's and other business services.
    • Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and business development initiatives.
    • Work with the product/service development team to identify new service offerings and improvements to existing services.
    • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the laboratory and other businesses.
    • Provide market feedback to inform product development and innovation.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, market trends, and sales performance.

    Qualification/Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare or medical laboratory industry.
    • Strong understanding of market research, sales strategies, and business development processes.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Head of Strategy and Marketing or Commercial Lead

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement the overall strategic plan for the laboratory, aligning with the organization's vision and goals.
    • Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
    • Collaborate with senior management to set strategic priorities and ensure their effective execution.
    • Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the laboratory’s brand and market presence.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
    • Lead the creation of marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and digital content.
    • Manage and optimize the laboratory’s online presence, including website, social media, and digital marketing channels.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the laboratory’s services and client base.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, clients, and industry partners.
    • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients and partners.
    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
    • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Address and resolve customer issues and feedback in a timely and effective manner.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide opportunities for professional development.

    Qualification/Experience
