    Customer Service Executive

    Job Brief

    • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be computer-savvy, proficient in software applications such as Corel Draw and MS Suite, and experienced in email marketing and social media management.
    • This role is essential in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support while also engaging with our audience through various digital platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
    • Provide accurate information regarding products and services, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
    • Utilize Corel Draw for graphic design tasks as needed, including creating marketing materials and social media graphics.
    • Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns.

    Graphic Designer

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a graphic designer who is skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects, and familiar with modern editing techniques.

    Responsibilities

    • Must be able to use relevant design packages
    • Previous work experience with an online real estate company is an advantage
    • Repurpose shot clip for social media distribution
    • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
    • Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
    • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
    • Work with the creative director to produce the final design
    • Test graphics across various media
    • Amend designs after feedback
    • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

    Requirements

    • At least 2-3years of experience as a non-linear Graphics Designer
    • Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Graphics Design or other related disciplines
    • A valid and strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
    • Proficiency with editing design software packages and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, etc)
