    Sales / Digital marketing Manager

    Job Description

    • Marketing and selling of the company's products, and creating competitive advantages for our company in the market industry.
    • Represents the company's brand and drive strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.
    • Developing marketing opportunities, and planning and implementing new sales plans.
    • Researching, strategizing, and creating content for successful campaigns.
    • Oversee sales and marketing activities to achieve corporate revenue goals.
    • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and access against goals (KPI)
    • Design digital media campaigns according to business goals.
    • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web development, SEO/SEM, PPC, SMO, email, social media and display advertising, etc.
    • Coordinate and manage the creation of all digital content such as websites, blogs, press releases, podcasts, infographics, videos, etc.
    • Establish a reputable online strategy to improve brand presence.
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
    • Communicating courteously with customers face to face, via telephone calls, email, and letters.
    • Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondences with customers;
    • Learn about the organization's products and services and keep the client updated with changes.
    • Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry and proffer solutions
    • Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
    • Training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing objectives.
    • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a similar field
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist
    • Experience with digital marketing automation software
    • Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
    • Knowledge of web publishing
    • Knowledge of Graphic Design
    • knowledge of WordPress CMS

    Quality Control Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Formulate and set quality policies according to global furniture quality standards and legal regulations for quality control function
    • Manage manufacturing quality: process audit, product audit, developing and updating inspection working instructions and control plans, quality awareness training, process non-conformity goods disposal, etc;
    • Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
    • Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
    • Approve the right products or reject defectives
    • Solicit feedback from customers via the front desk to assess whether their requirements are met
    • Monitor the verification and follow-up of quality issues occurring at the production line and customer sites, ensuring all open issues can be closed in a timely manner.

    Requirements

    • Degree or Diploma in Engineering Course
    • Minimum of 10 years experience in Manufacturing industries
    • Minimum of 5 years in the Furniture Industry.
    • Must have deep furniture knowledge and business management role with QC achievement record.

    Production Manager

    Job Description

    • The production manager has the responsibility of all the production departments and manufacturing Personnel, planning production to meet customer requirements.
    • The position will require a full understanding of solid wood and board material manufacturing techniques.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and evaluate the entire furniture production process
    • Contribute to production planning and budgeting( cutting list)
    • Oversee the production process, drawing up the production schedule, and ensure that production is cost-effective
    • Decide what resources are required
    • Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
    • Be responsible for the selection and maintenance of machinery
    • Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Maintain a safe production environment
    • Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Engineering
    • 5+ years of production experience in the Furniture Industry.
    • Strong Organizational, Leadership, and Managerial skills
