    Customer Care Officer

    Job Overview

    • As a Customer Care Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, vendors, and prospects, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met before, during, and after events. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person promptly and professionally.
    • Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and product quality.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
    • Provide customers with information regarding products, services, and order status.
    • Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to address and resolve delivery issues.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved and they are satisfied.
    • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest enhancements.
    • Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
    • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and report findings to management.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. or HND / OND in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years of working experience in customer service within the supply chain or logistics sector.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to handle high-stress situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Experience in a similar role within the supply chain industry.
    • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
    • Familiarity with logistics software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

    Sales Representative

    Duities and Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the supply chain sector.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Present and demonstrate products and services to customers.
    • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
    • Provide after-sales support and address customer queries and concerns.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales reports.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
    • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company’s products and services.

    Requirements

    • BSc or HND/OND in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the supply chain or logistics sector.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Experience in a similar role within the supply chain industry.Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
