    Technical Manager

    Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

    Job Description

    • Supervise and technical personnel
    • Consider project proposals and evaluate feasibility
    • Constantly generate ideas for improving technical products and services
    • Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel
    • Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
    • Assist in hiring decisions of technical personnels
    • Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
    • Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
    • Gain full knowledge and train on company's product and services
    • Update and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance, installation
    • Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or similar.
    • Ideal Candidate must have Certifications in CCMP, MCSE, ITIL, PMP/PRINCE 2.
    • Ideal candidate must have at least 5 -15 years experience as a Technical/IT Manager.
    • Knowledge of software development is an added advantage.
    • Professional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition preferred.
    • Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
    • Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
    • Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Experience mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
    • Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams

    Sales Manager

    Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

    Job Description

    • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands client base and extends global reach
    • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
    • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
    • Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
    • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
    • Assist in making sales presonnel hiring decisions.
    • Set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
    • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fufill them
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
    • Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily/weeklycheck-ins with team to set objectives for the day/weekly and monitor progress regularly
    • Manage month-end and year-end close processes

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and Bisuness Development.
    • Ideal candidate must have sold IT Solutions and services.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas.
    • Excellent leadership skills.
    • Experience setting sales goals and meeting them.
