    Financial Admin Assistant

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a dynamic financial admin assistant to join our company.
    • In this role, you will work with the accountant to record all financial transactions of the company, as well as process invoices and compute payroll.
    • You will oversee the organization of the office.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Processing work orders, supplier invoices, purchase orders, expenses claim, account payments, and payroll.
    • Assisting the accountant with budget planning, and expense analysis.
    • Maintaining a digital record of all financial transactions, documents, and supplier information.
    • Coordinating daily financial tasks with the accountant to optimize workflow.
    • Maintaining an organized and comfortable office environment, ordering office supplies, and updating inventory.
    • Managing changes of staff members' financial information if needed.
    • Compiling financial data to prepare monthly revenue reports and ensuring that client accounts are accurate and up to date.

    Education

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a similar field.

    Required Skills / Abilities:

    • A minimum of 1 year's experience working as a financial admin assistant.

    Technical Support Staff

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the technical support position.
    • Technical support officers troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support the roll-out of new applications, among other duties.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Identifying hardware and software solutions.
    • Troubleshooting technical issues.
    • Diagnosing and repairing faults.
    • Resolving network issues.
    • Installing and configuring hardware and software.
    • Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.

    Graphics Artist

    Job Description

    • Study design briefs and determine requirements.
    • Schedule projects and define budget constraints.
    • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
    • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
    • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
    • Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic.
    • Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design.
    • Test graphics across various media.
    • Amend designs after feedback.
    • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

    Cashier / Attendant (Night Staff)

    Job Summary

    • This role doubles as a Cashier and an attendant for Night Shift only.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Carry out simple accounting transactions of cash deposit and cash withdrawal.
    • Issue receipts (electronic and manual)
    • Assist with other tasks as may be required of the cashier at any time.
    • Close out sales to existing and prospective clients.
    • Achieve growth for Trevari International via target sales
    • Maintaining good working relationships with team members and other staff
