    Maintenance Executive

    Core Responsibilities
    Managerial Responsibilities

    • Manage and control maintenance activities.
    • Oversee and supervise activities of maintenance staff for optimal productivity
    • Conducting routine maintenance and safety checks.
    • Plan Preventive Maintenance schedule & implement it to upkeep the machines & mounds condition.
    • Manage & control spare parts stock.
    • Familiarity with safety standards and regulation
    • Keep downtime of the machines under control.
    • Ensure all maintenance records keeping is accurate and timely.

    Technical Responsibilities:

    • Enforce strict safety guidelines line and company standards
    • Conducts Training for Technicians on Safety
    • Ensure the safe use of equipment
    • Work in line with production tram to rectify any fault found in the machine without delay to minimize downtime.
    • Be able to do root-cause analysis & other problem-solving techniques.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
    Education level and/or relevant experience(s):

    • Engineering Degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic)
    • Minimum of 4-6 years hands-on experience in Injection Moulding, Blow Moulding and Extrusion maintenance & trouble shootings.
    • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience of the Managerial Level

    • Able to read and write report and good verbal communication skills

    Maintenance Technician

    Objective / Purpose

    • Periodic Maintenance of machine/Utility/Mould and plant maintenance.
    • Perform periodic checks on Machine and solve problems as detected.
    • Work with others in order to ensure that Machines/ Utility / Mould is in proper working order.
    • Work Location: Factory.

    Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities

    • Effective allocation of works on each & every production machine, handing over & taking-over during shift change without loss of the production machine.
    • Maintain Diesel stock and maintenance activities by controlling the leakage and DG Running hours.
    • Follow the Maintenance planning & instructions given by maintenance in-charge/Management.
    • Maintain the discipline on shop-floor. ( Do not allow rough behavior with mounds & machines, Do not allow any worker to sleep while on duty, Do not allow any worker to loss raw material / finished goods Etc. Make sure that, all worker on duty wear safety gears (i.e. Hand gloves Nose mask, Shoes, Over-all)
    • Ensure safety & security measures are adhered to safeguard the goods, molds, machinery & machinery & human beings etc.
    • Ensure cleanliness & upkeep of machinery, Shop-floor.
    • According to preventive maintenance plan do the maintenance of machine.
    • Ensure the quality of product being produced after Done Preventiveof machine.
    • Monitor & control all Maintenance activities in mixing section, Grinding section, Production machine section, Quality testing equipment, etc. Also, utility section (Generator, cooling water pumps / cooling tower, Fire hydrant system, RO, water treatment system etc.).
    • Communicate & co-ordinate with maintenance manager of spare part if required for smooth operation in plant.
    • Attend Daily Machine, Mold, Mixing, Grinding, Utility, etc. problem.
    • Maintain DG Running Hours and Change NEPA/DG panel whenever no power.
    • Maintain Spare issuing stock any time use any spare parts.
    • Maintain Daily work done book.
    • Daily Mold Tightening, and cleaning work to be done.
    • Check and Repair Mold trolly, material trolly, truck, etc.

    Job Specifications / Qualifications

    • Education Qualification: Minimum of SSCE certificate
    • Professional Qualification: Apprentice certificate
    • Work Experience: 1-2 years

    • Working Knowledge of Manufacturing process.

    Behavioural:

    • Excellent interpersonal skills, writing skills, communication and presentation skills including the ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally with Foreman

    Production Executive

    Job Objective / Purpose

    • Experience managing Machine operators and helping them fulfil the requirements, such as increasing productivity and manufacturing quality Product. As Per Quality Policy.

    Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities

    • Allocation of Machine operators Effectively on machine, supervising Frequently all over machine working hours...
    • Follow the Machine output monitoring and Solve the Machine line problems such as processing and molds related if it’s not in control to take prime responsible to inform foreman
    • Responsible to Control the mold change over time and planning change over time as instructed by Foreman
    • Make Ensure the quality of product as per the QA during mold change and monitoring during machine running time.
    • Ensure all machine operator following the PPE During working hours
    • Responsible to Monitoring the machine cycle time as per the machine calibration report which is taken by daily.
    • Responsible to maintain the machine productivity .and to be take the necessary action to reduce the rejection.
    • Responsible for Maintain 5S and housekeeping of shop floor

    Specification / Qualification

    • Manufacturing experience is compulsory
