    Sales Executive

    Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Performing market research and Identifying potential customers.
    • Ability to approach potential customers, through cold calling, arrange meetings with the objective to present the company and its services.
    • Working with the company sales policy to achieve sales targets.
    • Developing and performing effective and professional presentation and sales of the company security products to targeted potential customers
    • Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations to increase both the company and its product’s awareness.
    • Negotiating price, costs, and necessary specifications with clients and colleagues.
    • Record keeping of sales progress and information.
    • record sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system
    • Key Account Management- ensuring timely renewals and excellent relationship management
    • Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities, profit, and service improvements.
    • Giving future (anticipated) buying trends back to the managers.

    Qualifications & Skills Required

    • B.A. / B.Sc. Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Social Sciences, and other related disciplines.
    • Proven sales experience preferably in the sales of Security guards services.
    • Track record of over-achieving quota and B2B/outside sales experience.
    • Strong communication, good presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with different sales techniques and product management.
    • Self-motivation and personal drive.
    • Proven, verifiable sales track record in security background and FMCG background.
    • Graduate in Marketing, Social Sciences other related disciplines.
    • Professional qualification will be an advantage

    Other Requirements:

    • Good English speaking skills, verbal and written.
    • Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales
    • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a sales role preferably in the Security industry.

    • Proficient use of Microsoft applications enhanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines in a hectic sales environment.

    Remuneration

    • Monthly salary and very high sales commission.

    Mechanic / Rewire Technician

    Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
    Employment Type: Full-time

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Test drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using equipment such as infrared engine analyzers, compression gauges, and computerized diagnostic devices;
    • Examine vehicles to determine the extent of damage or malfunctions;
    • Repair, reline, replace, and adjust brakes;
    • Follow checklists to ensure all important parts are examined, including belts, hoses, steering systems, spark plugs, brake and fuel systems, wheel bearings, and other potentially troublesome areas;
    • Confer with customers to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems, and to discuss work to be performed and future repair requirements;
    • Perform routine and scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, lubrications, and tune-ups;
    • Repair and service air conditioning, heating, engine-cooling, and electrical systems;
    • Test and adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturers' performance specifications;
    • Review work orders and discuss work with supervisors;
    • Tear down, repair, and rebuild faulty assemblies such as power systems, steering systems, and linkages;
    • Providing professional advice for spare parts procurement at the best price and great and durable quality while availing self for procurement with an assigned manager;
    • Always on standby for the emergency, panic, incident, and other duties;
    • Always on best behavior within the office.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of an FSLC and a Certificate of Auto Mechanic Apprenticeship
    • Minimum of 5-10years experience
    • Age: 30-45 years
    • Proficiency and proven years of experience with a minimum of 4-5 vehicle brands such as Toyota, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Kia, Honda, Peugeot, etc.
    • Ability to work quickly and meet tight deadlines and under pressure
    • Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to complete record sheets and paperwork
    • Ability to manage self efficiently and stay up-to-date with latest technology and methods
    • Must be a team player and have a polite and professional disposition
    • Must be trainable.
