    Factory / Construction Site Supervisor

    Job Overview

    • The Factory/Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing construction and factory activities, ensuring that work is completed to high-quality standards, on time, and within budget.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage day-to-day activities on the factory or construction site.
    • Develop, Interpret and implement technical drawings, plans, and sketches to guide construction and factory work.
    • Ensure that construction or factory work complies with codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
    • Use AutoCAD drawing software to review and modify construction plans as needed.
    • Utilize various measuring tools and equipment (e.g., level, latitude, longitude, total station) to verify accurate construction alignment and dimensions.
    • Monitor the quality of work, ensuring it meets the required standards.
    • Supervise and monitor the construction/ factory crew, providing guidance and resolving any issues that may arise on-site.
    • Ensure all construction and factory activities are completed on schedule and within budget.
    • Conduct site inspections to ensure that safety protocols are being followed.

    Requirements

    • Degree or in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
    • 5-10 years of proven experience as a Construction or factory Site Supervisor or similar role.
    • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, sketches, and technical documents.
    • Expertise in using AutoCAD software for design and construction purposes.
    • Strong knowledge of various measuring tools, including levels, latitudes, longitudes, and total station.
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
