    Business Intelligence Lead

    Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Intelligence Lead to join our team and be responsible for crafting and executing the organization’s Business Intelligence strategy and enhancing data driven decision making.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging business intelligence to drive business growth, efficiency, controls and innovation
    • Develop a BI strategy and execution roadmap to support business objectives
    • Oversee the collection, storage, and management of data across the organization while ensuring data quality, accuracy, and integrity
    • Create and update comprehensive reports, dashboards, and other data visualization tools that provide stakeholders with timely, relevant, and accurate information and insight
    • Recruit, develop, and manage a team to deliver the BI strategy
    • Evaluate and select BI tools required to deliver the BI strategy
    • Drive adoption of BI to realise value for the business

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s degree an added advantage)
    • A minimum of 5 -7 years of proven experience working in a lead Business Intelligence role
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to clearly articulate identify and define problems and develop creative solutions to address them
    • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders across the organisation to achieve objectives
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences

    Supply Chain & Financial Risk Analyst - Assistant General Manager

    Description

    To support and embed a robust enterprise risk management framework and continuous monitoring and oversight of key operational and business risks in Dangote Fertiliser Limited with focus on Logistics, Transport, Finance, IT, Procurement, Inventory & Material Management, Security, Human Asset Management and Sales & Marketing.

    Responsibilities

    • Effectively create a risk-aware culture through awareness programs, and workshops.
    • Drive Monthly reporting to DFL’s Risk Management Committee and Dangote Group’s Risk Management Team and Quarterly Reporting to DIL Board Audit & Risk Committee
    • Perform Monthly and ad hoc engagements, process reviews and surprise site walkthroughs.
    • Support Group Credit Management and Insurance Team in managing Customer Credit and Insurance Risks in the BU
    • Drive the identification, assessment, mitigation and management of key risks in Logistics, Transport, Finance, IT, Procurement, Inventory & Material Management, Security, Human Asset Management and Sales & Marketing.
    • Monitor the implementation of actions plans to address key risks identified from Engineering Survey, Risk & Control Self Assessments (RCSAs), and reported loss incidents.
    • Ensure prompt completion and rendition of Risk & Control Self Assessments (RCSAs), and monthly Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).

    Requirements

    • Minimum 10-15 years experience of working experience in  FMCG/Manufacturing/Petrochemical Industry

    Operational Risk Analyst (Operations & Maintenance) - Manager Level

    Description

    To support and embed a robust enterprise risk management framework and continuous monitoring and oversight of key operational and business risks in Dangote Fertiliser Limited with focus on DFL’s Operations & Maintenance - Ammonia, Urea, Granulation, Bagging & Utilities, Mechanical, Inspection, Instrumentation, Electrical, Civil, HSSE, TSE, QAE

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct production process reviews, acceptance testing and inspections on new and existing equipment.
    • Support the identification, assessment, mitigation and management of key risks in Operations and Maintenance
    • Monitor the implementation of actions plans to address key risks identified from Engineering Survey, Risk & Control Self Assessments (RCSAs), and reported loss incidents.
    • Ensure prompt completion and rendition of Risk & Control Self Assessments (RCSAs), and monthly Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
    • Identify and report operational risk events using the Loss Incident Reporting tool and collate risk events reported for rendition to Head Office.
    • Perform root cause and deep dive analysis on identified risk events and recommend controls to be implemented to prevent these risk events from re-occurring in future.
    • Report and analyse KRI’s to monitor Plant Performance & Improvement alongside newly identified or emerging risk exposures.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 10 years experience of working experience in FMCG/Manufacturing/Petrochemical Industry
    • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering preferred.

    GM Mechanical -LS Crusher / Mix Storage / Raw Mills

    Job Objective

    Manage all operations for the mechanical maintenance of LS Crushers equipment, Mix Storage Stacker Reclaimers, OLBC, VRM Loesche Mills including planning, Preventive Planned Maintenance, operations, and management. You are also to be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient use of plant resources.

    Responsibilities:

    •  Developing and implementing maintenance strategies
    •  Overseeing maintenance of plant equipment and facilities
    •  Planning and scheduling maintenance operations
    •  Ensuring adequate spares are available for maintenance
    •  Creating and implementing measures to minimize breakdowns and repairs
    •  Planning and overseeing repair and installation activities
    •  Monitoring equipment inventory and placing orders when necessary
    •  Managing contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements
    •  Enforcing health and safety rules and regulations 
    •  Developing short- and long-term maintenance programs for All section Equipment
    •  Coordinating LS Crusher, OLBC, Mix storage, Raw mills inspections, assessments, and adjustments
    •  Evaluating the Persisting Problems and resolve permanently
    •  Ensuring critical production equipment are in good working condition
    •  Monitoring maintenance activities for efficiency and safety
    •  Overseeing technical staff and providing expertise training as required
    •  Enforcing accident prevention and occupational health work procedures and regulations 
    •  Trouble Shooting of Hazemag TKF Crushers, OLBC Stacker Reclaimers, Loesche VRM Operation maintenance Challenges.
    •  Spares and Maintenance Planning for Shutdown Preparation for LS Crushers Stacker Reclaimers, Raw mills
    •  Should have Capability to take care of Line 1-5 LS Crushers, Mix Storage and Raw mills
    •  Should have Good Experience in maintenance of Hazemag, TKF, Crushers, FLS, Sinoma and Shade Stacker Reclaimers Loesche Raw mills with Hydraulic System.
    •  Should have good Experience of Hazemag Blow bar replacement, Grinding Path, Lower Upper Apron replacement, AF Maintenance, Crusher Rotor segments Replacements etc.
    •  Stacker Reclaimer -Boom conveyor, yard Conveyor, Travel Drive Bogie replacement, Scraper Chain and Drive Maintenance.
    •  VRM-Loesch mill Table Tyres Separator Vanes, Damring Nozzle ring RAF replacement, VRM Gearbox Replacement. 

    Requirements

    • GM Mechanical LS Crusher, Mix Storage and Raw Mills Requirements:
    • B.Tech., B. E. or its equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
    • Proven experience working as a GM Mechanical Cement Plant maintenance.
    • Working knowledge of estimation software, Microsoft office and SAP.
    • The ability to Perform other extra responsibilities assigned.
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent management and leadership skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Good Communication and Drafting Skills
