    Administrative Secretary / Receptionist - Female

    Job Description

    • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and preparing documents. Handle correspondence, draft emails, and maintain office files and records.
    • Reception Duties: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department. Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area, ensuring visitors feel comfortable and attended to.
    • Communication Management: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including mail, emails, and phone calls. Efficiently relay messages, take accurate notes, and ensure timely responses. Maintain a professional and courteous manner in all interactions.
    • Office Operations: Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and in working order.     Quantity Surveyor

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our Real Estate and Construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of cost estimation, cost control, and quantity surveying for our projects.
    • This role requires a strong background in the real estate and construction industry, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and the necessary educational qualifications.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct accurate and detailed cost estimation for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment costs.
    • Prepare bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents in accordance with industry standards and project requirements.
    • Perform cost control activities, monitor project budgets, and track expenses to ensure adherence to financial guidelines and project profitability.
    • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop cost-effective solutions and value engineering options.
    • Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
    • Analyze and review project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to identify potential risks, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings.
    • Conduct regular site visits, progress inspections, and measurements to accurately assess work done and prepare interim valuations and final accounts.

    • Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, cost estimation techniques, and cost control methodologies.
    • Proficiency in using industry-specific software and tools such as AutoCAD, CostX, or similar quantity surveying software.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
