    Site Manager

    Job Summary

    • A Mine Manager oversees the safe and efficient operations of a mine, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
    • Their responsibilities include coordinating and managing all mine production activities, from planning and development to extraction and processing.
    • They supervise teams, manage budgets, and maintain environmental compliance while ensuring smooth mine operations.
    • The first duty of a mine manager is to provide a safe and healthy work environment

    Responsibilities

    • Planning daily work schedules and coordinating workers on-site.
    • Regularly inspecting sites to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
    • Providing guidance to workers and subcontractors.
    • Ensuring materials are supplied and work is completed on schedule.
    • Preparing and submitting project estimates and budgets.
    • Documenting progress and adhering to compliance regulations.
    • Liaising with clients and reporting on progress to staff and the public

    Cleaner

    Job brief

    • We are looking for a Cleaner to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties.
    • The primary purpose of the cleaning job is to maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized environment within a designated facility.
    • This encompasses various tasks aimed at ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and overall tidiness to create a comfortable and safe space for occupants, employees, and visitors.
    • The role of a cleaner is essential in upholding the cleanliness standards set by the organization, contributing to the overall well-being and satisfaction of individuals utilizing the facility
    • The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.

    Responsibilities

    • Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.) 6.am daily
    • Cooking for the Live in Staff, Gatemen, MOPOL and other staff within the company
    • Regularly inspecting and reporting any maintenance issues or repairs required within the facility.
    • Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
    • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
    • Stock and maintain supply room
    • Cooperate with the rest of the staff
    • Wash, dry, fold, and iron clothes for Chinese employees residing on-site, ensuring high-quality laundry services. 6 - 7.am daily
    • Sort laundry items by color, fabric, and care instructions to prevent damage.
    • Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently, following proper procedures for washing and drying different types of garments.
    • Maintain inventory of laundry supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.
    • Assist with general maintenance tasks, such as light bulb replacement, minor repairs, and equipment maintenance, to ensure the facility operates smoothly.
    • Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, replenishing supplies as needed and reporting any malfunctioning equipment to the supervisor.
    • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
    • Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and hazardous materials, wearing appropriate protective gear as required.
    • Comply with company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness, hygiene, and security measures.
    • Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste in designated areas 6.am daily
    • Refilling supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed 6.am daily

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO with a minimum of 5 years work experience.

    Mineral Specialist

    Job Responsibilities

    • Under supervision of higher-level staff, performs beginning-level professional mineral resources work similar to the Mineral Resources Specialist
    • Candidates who are appointed as a Mineral Resources Specialist 1 are automatically advanced to Mineral Resources Specialist 2 level after one year of satisfactory experience.
    • Performs technical and environmental evaluations on drilling permit applications and resolve any technical questions or deficiencies; conduct detailed safety inspections of drilling and production equipment; inspect underground natural gas storage, liquefied petroleum gas storage and solution mining facilities, and analyze inspection and withdrawal/production data; investigate complex complaints, accidents and non-routine incidents involved with drilling, completion, or production; perform basic mineral resource analyses/studies; and assist in managing computerized information systems and the onshore leasing programs

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or higher level degree in geology, engineering, petroleum engineering, geochemistry, geophysics, or geosciences.
    • Must be a decision maker, must be analytical and a problem Solver.
    • Must have prior expereince for about 4-6 years
