    Assistant Accounts Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Assistant Accounts Officer plays a crucial role in supporting the Accountant by handling essential bookkeeping, clerical, and accounting responsibilities for the Rose of Sharon Foundation.
    • This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial management and smooth operational processes.

    Responsibilities

    • Bill Processing: Handle the processing of school bills following an audit check to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Bank Errands: Assist with various bank-related tasks and errands as required.
    • Data Entry & Reconciliation: Perform data entry and reconciliation tasks both offline and online to maintain accurate financial records.
    • Document Filing: Organize and file financial documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping standards.
    • Petty Cash Management: Support the administration of petty cash in the absence of the Accountant.
    • Audit & Fact-Checking: Assist with audit preparations and fact-checking to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
    • Fee Management: Aid in the management of school fee payments and reconciliations to support effective financial tracking.
    • Department Support: Provide general support to the accounts department to ensure smooth operational flow.
    • Payment Processing: Process various payments for the foundation, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
    • QuickBooks Data Entry: Enter financial data into QuickBooks software for accurate bookkeeping and financial reporting.
    • Additional Duties: Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the Accountant.

    Qualifications

    • BSc/HND in Accounting.
    • 1 or 2 years experience in a similar role.
    • Proficiency in accounting software, preferably QuickBooks.
    • Experience with account reconciliation and general bookkeeping.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

    Sales Coordinator (Feed Mill Background)

    Job Description

    • We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Coordinator with a background in the feed mill industry to join our sales team.
    • The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales activities, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of feed mill operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Support the sales team in managing customer inquiries, orders, and sales transactions for feed mill products.
    • Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels using CRM software or other systems.
    • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track sales activities and identify opportunities for growth.
    • Assist in developing sales strategies, pricing policies, and promotional campaigns to increase market share and meet revenue targets.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights.
    • Provide sales support and training to internal staff and external partners on product features, benefits, and selling techniques.
    • Act as a liaison between customers and the company, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments related to the feed mill industry, providing insights and recommendations to management.
    • Stay informed about new products, technologies, and innovations in the feed mill industry, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Negotiating all contracts with potential and prospective clients.
    • Preparing weekly and monthly reports
    • Obtaining deposit and balance of payment for clients.
    • Answering clients' questions about credit terms, product prices and availability.
    • Expanding the business by bringing more customers
    • Prepare and recommend a sales budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget to ensure business alignment.

    Qualification and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field.
    • 6 - 8 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator in a feed mill manufacturing company.
    • Proven experience in sales coordination or customer service roles within the feed mill industry, with a thorough understanding of feed mill operations and products.
    • Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and strategies, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools for managing customer relationships and sales data.
    • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with cross-functional departments to achieve common goals.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements and customer needs, with a customer-centric approach to sales and service.
