    Executive Assistant

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Personal Assistant to support our CEO.
    • The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage a diverse range of administrative and personal tasks, ensuring the CEO’s day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
    • Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents relevant to the real estate industry.
    • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
    • Assist in the preparation of meeting materials and presentations specific to real estate projects and transactions.
    • Arrange complex travel plans and itineraries, and compile documents for travel-related meetings.
    • Ensure all travel logistics are managed efficiently, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
    • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
    • Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners.
    • Assist with special projects, including real estate research, planning, and execution.
    • Coordinate with other departments and external partners to ensure project deadlines are met.
    • Handle personal tasks for the CEO as needed, including running errands and managing personal appointments.
    • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling personal and business matters.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
    • 3 - 5 years work experience.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry will be an advantage.
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
    • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a talented and passionate Content Creator and Social Media Manager to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive growth across various social media platforms.
    • This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of social media trends.

    Key Responsibilities
    Content Creation:

    • Develop, design, and produce engaging content (e.g., articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, social media posts) aligned with our brand voice and marketing goals.

    Analytics and Reporting:

    Collaboration:

    • Coordinate with external partners, freelancers, and agencies as needed.

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
