    Referral Program Manager

    OVERALL FUNCTION

    • As the Referral Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and brand advocacy through our referral program.
    • You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing referral strategies that incentivize our current customers, partners, and advocates to refer new users to our platform. Role and responsibilities
    • Develop a comprehensive referral program strategy that aligns with our business goals and supports our growth objectives.
    • Identify target audiences and segments for the referral program.
    • Create engaging referral program materials, including promotional collateral, referral codes, and resources for advocates.
    • Design attractive referral incentives that motivate participants to refer new customers.
    • Program Implementation
    • Launch and manage the referral program across multiple channels, including email, social media, website, and app.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate the referral program into our overall marketing initiatives
    • Cultivate relationships with existing customers, partners, and influencers to encourage their participation in the referral program.
    • Provide excellent support to program participants, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of the referral program, tracking key metrics such as referral conversions, participation rates, and engagement levels.
    • Provide regular reports on program effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
    • Develop persuasive messaging and content to promote the referral program to our existing users and potential advocates.
    • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging materials that highlight the program's benefits.
    • Continuously iterate and optimize the referral program based on insights, feedback, and market trends.
    • Stay informed about industry best practices and innovative referral strategies.

    Qualification and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
    • Proven experience in developing and managing successful referral programs, preferably within the EdTech or technology industry.
    • Strong understanding of referral marketing tactics, strategies, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate advocates and participants.

    Graphics Designer

    OVERALL FUNCTION

    • As the Graphics Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually compelling educational materials that engage and inspire learners.
    • You will collaborate with a dynamic team of educators, content developers, and technology experts to design graphics and visuals that enhance the learning experience.

    Role and responsibilities

    • Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, infographics, and layout designs for a wide range of educational materials, including online courses, textbooks, presentations, and marketing collateral.
    • Collaborate with instructional designers and educators to understand educational goals and transform complex concepts into visually accessible and engaging content.
    • Maintain and implement brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all educational materials, including web-based platforms, applications, and print materials.

    Qualification and Skills

    • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar tools.
    • Strong creative and conceptual thinking, with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging visuals.

    Role and responsibilities

    • Conceptualize, plan, and execute video projects, including promotional videos, product demos, tutorials, interviews, and event coverage.
    • Capture high-quality video footage using cameras, lighting equipment, and audio tools.
    • Storyboarding and ScripCollaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop compelling video concepts, storyboards, and scripts that align with our messaging and goals. 
    • Edit and enhance video footage to create engaging and polished final products.
    • Add graphics, animations, music, and other elements to enhance the visual appeal of videos.
    • Work closely with the content team, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to ensure video content is consistent with our brand identity and messaging.
    • Stay up-to-date with video production trends, techniques, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to our video content.
    • Manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring it is in optimal condition for shooting and editing.
    • Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product teams, to align video content with overall marketing strategies.

    Qualification and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in videography, video editing, and post-production, preferably with experience in creating educational or promotional content.
    • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and familiarity with animation tools is a plus.
    • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to convey complex ideas through visual media.
    • Knowledge of lighting techniques, camera equipment, and audio recording.
    • Attention to detail and a critical eye for visual aesthetics.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
