    Sales Representative

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including property developers, architects, contractors, and facility managers.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

    Waitress

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
    • Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them to the kitchen staff promptly.
    • Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and courtesy.
