    Responsible for achieving target volume of sales and enhancing market share of the company

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Strategic   

    • Keep Management informed on matters relating to the market, competition and
    • products penetration/diversification

    Operational 

    • Interact with assigned customers on a day-to-day basis
    • Respond to customer loan requests (mandates), and liaise with the responsible unit for processing
    • Monitor customer accounts records, and ensure that transaction conducted are in line with the customers’ mandates, and prepares report on customer accounts as required
    • Maintain customer relationship management activities
    • Attend to customers enquiries
    • Participates in the preparation of     knowledge/research materials for the company
    • Support collaborative activities with relevant departments on necessary intervention measures

    Job Summary:
    The hired candidate will act as the first point of contact on behalf of the company, Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system.

    Job Duties:

    • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
    • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
    • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
    • Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
    • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
    • Dealing with compliant tactfully, calmly and politely
    • Reporting and documenting issues for resolutions.
    • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Any other duty as assigned from time to time.

    Qualification & Skills:

    • OND holder only in Mass Communication
    • Minimum of  6 months work experience
    • Must be between the ages of 20 – 28 years
    • Must possess Telephone Skills, Listening & verbal Communication Skills, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Informing Others, Handles Pressure.
    • Applicant must be conversant with Microsoft offices especially Excel.

    Salary

    Job Description

    • Overseeing all supply chain operations.
    • Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.

    • Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.
    • Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
    • Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization’s mission and help execute staff growth plans.
