    Social Media Associate

    Responsibilities

    • Content Creation.
    • Make daily posts on instagram, twiter and tiktok.
    • Manage all social media accouts of the company.
    • Analyz data sent in from all stores weekly to determine their best/least selling products.
    • Making instructional videos.
    • Research new trends to keep up with competitors.
    • Cordinate/manage the supply of catalogues and flyers with the operations department.
    • Manage all Videography and photography deliverable.
    • Perform other additional duties.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of Bachelor's Degree
    • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or related roles.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content management systems, and digital analytics tools.

    Customer Service Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Welcomes guests and clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
    • Ensures that all contacts with clients (e-mail, walk-In center, SMS or phone) provides the client with a personalized customer service experience of the highest level
    • Through interaction with clients on the phone, uses every opportunity to build client’s interest in the company’s products and services
