    Operation Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our fashion business. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operations, drive efficiency, and support business growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage daily operations, including production, logistics, and supply chain.
    • Develop and implement processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Supervise staff, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent performance.
    • Coordinate inventory management, including stock control and ordering.
    • Ensure timely delivery of products to customers and retailers.
    • Maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and stakeholders.
    • Monitor and control expenses, managing budgets and financial reports.
    • Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality products.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the fashion industry.
    • Proven track record of improving efficiency and reducing costs.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and inventory management software.

    Job Summary
