Production Technician Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the required materials are available for production, and that the factory is safe for all workers.
• Inspecting machinery and reporting any faults to management and workers.
• Identifying faults and troubleshooting wherever possible.
• Analyzing performance and products, then making suitable recommendations.
• Scheduling training sessions and refresher workshops as required.
• Establishing high-quality standards and ensuring they are implemented by workers.
• Regularly educating staff members on health and safety regulations.
• Implementing preventative maintenance methods.
• Staying up-to-date with efficient methods of production and equipment maintenance procedures.

Production Technician Requirements:

• Must Have worked with Consumer Electronics Company.
• Knowledge of production of AC's and Refrigerator required.
• Experience in manufacturing would be advantageous.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Good powers of observation.
• Analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide training.
• A positive attitude .

• Work closely with the Brand Manager in all activities pertaining the brand’s wet hair category
•  Utilize effective business management skills and market research insights to ensure Annual Operating Plan for the Wet Hair Category is achieved and surpassed.
•  Collaborate on innovations & renovations and recommend new product development based on market trend and consumer needs.
• Develop and execute monthly brand and quarterly brand plan which feed into overall annual plans for the Wet Hair Category.
• Stay updated on trends and make informed category decisions.
• Brand asset and communication materials development
• Supervise agency management (ATL & BTL); and liaise with the Digital Team to ensure effectiveness of digital campaigns.
• . Prepare reports on overall brand performance, when necessary.

Specification:

• Minimum educational standard:   B. Sc/HND/ OND in Electrical Electronics or relevant discipline.
• Minimum Working Experience:  4-6 Years’ related experience in Consumer Electrical & electronics.
