    Accounts Payable Officer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and proper authorization.
    • Ensure timely and accurate payment of all invoices, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
    • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records and documentation.
    • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
    • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up-to-date and follow up on outstanding invoices.
    • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice and payment issues.
    • Assist with month-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.
    • Generate regular accounts payable reports for management review.
    • Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and information.
    • Implement and maintain internal controls and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
    • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is an added advantage.

    Distribution Sales Manager

    We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Distribution Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will drive sales through effective management of distribution channels and foster strong relationships with distributors and key customers. This role demands a strategic thinker with a robust understanding of sales and distribution dynamics.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed distribution sales targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the distribution network.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
    • Oversee the performance of distribution channels and ensure optimal stock levels.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.

    Account Receivable Executive

    Key Responsibilities:

    Invoice Management:

    • Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner.
    • Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.

    Payment Collection:

    • Follow up on, collect, and allocate payments.
    • Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups on outstanding invoices via phone calls, emails, or visits.

    Record Keeping:

    • Maintain up-to-date billing system.
    • Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.
    • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

    Dispute Resolution:

    • Investigate and resolve customer queries.
    • Resolve any discrepancies or irregularities in a timely manner.

    Reporting:

    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts receivable reports.
    • Provide financial analysis as needed.

      Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience as an Accounts Receivable Officer or similar role.
