    Lead Marketing and Advertising Manager

    Responsibilities
    Strategic Planning:

    • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
    • Coordinate with other departments (such as Sales, Publicity, and Creative) to ensure integrated marketing campaigns.

    Campaign Management:

    • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns for multiple films across various platforms (digital, print, social media, etc.).
    • Set campaign timelines and manage budgets effectively.

    Brand Management:

    • Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity and positioning in the market.
    • Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing materials and channels.

    Audience Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to identify audience preferences and trends.
    • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.

    Creative Direction:

    • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials, including trailers, posters, and digital content.
    • Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to branding guidelines and legal requirements.

    Public Relations:

    • Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
    • Manage press releases, screenings, and other PR events.

    Digital Marketing:

    • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and SEO/SEM strategies.
    • Stay updated with digital trends and implement innovative digital marketing tactics.

    Team Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support.
    • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.

    Budget Management:

    • Develop and manage marketing budgets for individual films and overall departmental expenses.
    • Ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI on marketing investments.

    Reporting and Communication:

    • Prepare regular reports on marketing campaign performance, budget utilization, and ROI.
    • Communicate marketing strategies and results to senior management and stakeholders.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Proven experience in marketing roles within the film industry, with a strong understanding of film distribution processes.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Graphics Designer

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Plan design concepts for still images and videos by studying relevant information and materials.
    • Contribute to the team’s efforts positively by accomplishing tasks as needed to achieve company goals.
    • Gain an understanding of what the company wants its proposed communications to look like and create a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations,
    • Company logos, brochures, websites, and other communication materials to reflect the desired theme and tone of communications with software such as Corel Draw, Photoshop etc.
    • Illustrate concepts by designing samples whilst selecting appropriate type, size and style on creatives to enhance the readability of text and images.
    • Produce draft designs for managements review based on agreed brief and make revisions based on the feedback received.
    • Review final design layouts of scheduled works / creatives and suggest improvements if required.
    • Review final design productions for errors and ensure that final prints reflect management’s specifications.

    Qualification and Experience

    • Minimum of OND / HND, Certification, or Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
    • 2 - 3 years demonstrable experience in designing aesthetically pleasing images.
    • Good experience using design and photo editing software such Photoshop, Corel Draw, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, etc.
    • Good experience with creating motion graphics
    • Strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics must be available for review.
    • Exceptional creativity and innovation.
    • An understanding of the latest trends in graphic design.
    • Excellent time management, communication and organizational skills.
    • Strong ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
    • Team player with good collaborative skills.
    • Strong ownership mindset.
    • Good communication skills.
