    Engineering Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    Group Head Content & TV Programming

    Job Summary:

    • The Content and TV Programming Group Head will be responsible for overseeing the acquisition, development, and management of content across Video-On-Demand (VOD), Over-The-Top (OTT) platforms, and Linear TV broadcasts.
    • This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for television and digital media, strong industry relationships, and the ability to analyze and respond to audience trends.
    • The successful candidate will ensure that our content library is compelling, diverse, and aligned with our brand’s vision and audience preferences across all platforms.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Content Acquisition and Development

    • Identify, evaluate, and acquire content that aligns with our platform’s strategy and target audience across VOD, OTT, and Linear TV.
    • Negotiate licensing agreements and partnerships with content providers, studios, and production companies.
    • Develop original programming concepts and oversee the production process from concept to delivery.

    Programming Strategy:

    • Create and implement programming schedules that maximize viewer engagement and retention across all platforms.
    • Analyze audience data, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform content strategy and programming decisions.
    • Collaborate with marketing, data analytics, and user experience teams to optimize content placement and promotion.

    Content Management:

    • Maintain a comprehensive content library, ensuring timely updates and availability across VOD, OTT, and Linear TV platforms.
    • Monitor content performance and user feedback to continuously improve the quality and relevance of programming.
    • Ensure all content meets legal, regulatory, and brand standards.

    Team Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor a team of content coordinators, programmers, and analysts.

    Budget Management:

    • Develop and manage the content budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximization of ROI.
    • Track and report on content expenditures and financial performance.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in content acquisition, programming, or a related role in the VOD/OTT/Linear TV industry.
    • Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to manage relationships with content providers and industry stakeholders.
    • Deep understanding of media consumption trends and audience behavior in the digital and broadcast spaces.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

    Corporate Commercial Lawyer

    Job Summary:

    • The Corporate Commercial Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
    • This role requires a strong understanding of corporate law, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, and risk management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Corporate Governance:

    • Advise on corporate governance matters and ensure compliance with corporate policies and statutory regulations.
    • Draft, review, and update corporate governance documents including articles of incorporation, bylaws, and board resolutions.

    Commercial Contracts:

    • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including supply agreements, service agreements, NDAs, and partnership agreements.
    • Provide legal support for contract disputes and negotiations.

    Mergers and Acquisitions:

    • Provide legal advice and support on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions.
    • Conduct legal due diligence and draft transaction documents.

    Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including corporate, commercial, and securities laws.
    • Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies.

    Legal Advisory:
