    Legal Compliance Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • Monitor provisions of relevant legislation and the regulatory enactments and advise Management on appropriate compliance measures.
    • Ensure compliance with provisions of relevant Extant laws and regulations.
    • Study and extract compliance information from new or amendments to laws and regulations, interpret and educate operators on the compliance needs.
    • Ensure timely submission of statutory and regulatory reports.
    • Attend to correspondence that may be referred to him, collate information and write reports.
    • Advise on the compliance implications of government decisions and policies.
    • Any other assignment that may arise from time to time.

    Requirements:

    • First degree in law (L.LB) from a recognized Nigerian or foreign University
    • Law school certificate (BL)
    • Masters degree (L.LM) in law from a recognized Nigerian or foreign University or any masters degree in a related discipline or a recognized professional certificate will be an added advantage.
    • Should have a minimum of 3 years working experience in the compliance section of an Insurance industry or financial institution or Law firm.
    • Relevant knowledge of Regulatory/Statutory provisions.
    • Good understanding of the relevant regulatory environment.
    • IT proficiency will also be an added advantage.
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Must have an eye for details and be painstaking.
    • Ensure Compliance with relevant extant law and all statutory requirements.
    • Maintain statutory books.

    Marketing Associate

    Job Summary:

    • The Experienced Marketer will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives, handling multiple transactions efficiently, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of insurance industry standards, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and promote company services.
    • Manage and execute multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
    • Stay updated with insurance industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
    • Collaborate with underwriters to ensure seamless processing of transactions.

    • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
    • Work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong self-motivation.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of a First degree (B.Sc. or HND) in a relevant field from a reputable University or Polytechnic.
    • At least 3-5 years of working experience in sales/marketing, preferably within a reputable insurance, finance, or insurance brokerage firm.
    • Strong understanding of insurance industry standards and regulations.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proven ability to work effectively with underwriters.
    • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
    • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed set targets.
