    Maintenace Planner - Premium Edible Oil Products Ltd

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    To manage maintenance planning activities and in turn improve productivity, asset reliability and effective integration of Man, Machine, Method and Money.

    THE JOB

    • To develop, maintain, and improve continuous preventive maintenance program to maximize equipment reliability
    • Schedule all planned maintenance and remedial work orders after assessing resource requirements such as labor, skills, and spare parts
    • Plan parts, materials, and labor for short- and long-term preventative maintenance to maximize technician wrench time, improve efficiency, increase system reliability and performance
    • Configure and drive CMMS/EAM usage with the OEM recommended maintenance as a minimum
    • Coordinate planning and scheduling meetings and ensure effective communication between maintenance and operations
    • Support business initiatives on lean manufacturing goals, waste elimination, TPM, TQM and other asset reliability programs
    • Prepare reports, analyze data and make recommendations for improving and solving maintenance related problems
    • Conducts FMEA on most critical equipment to continuously adjust strategy and planning.

    THE PERSON MUST

    • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Inventory management skills to ensure necessary part and materials are available.
    • Planning and organizational skills to schedule and coordinate maintenance activities.
    • Project management skills to oversee maintenance projects.
    • Excellent analytical and time management skills to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.
    • Be proficient with Microsoft office suite or related software.

    QUALIFICATION

    • B.Sc./HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or another related field.
    • Knowledge of oil production or any other Manufacturing machine and maintenance is an added advantage.
    • NSE, COREN, CRMP Members of relevant professional bodies.

    EXPERIENCE

    • At least 5 years cognate experience with at least 3 years in active machine maintenance and maintenance planning.

    Assistant Operator - Premium Edible Oil Products Ltd

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    To optimally extract oil from Prepared soybean material with good quality and productivity

    THE JOB

    • Periodically inspects the feed hopper to ensure free flow of the cake on the bed through the sight glass on the extractor and to ensure that reasonable material seal of the extractor.
    • Takes dip of all solvent underground tanks at resumption and shift end, and report same to supervisor on duty
    • Periodically inspect the flowrate of Miscellany and the hexane pump
    • Periodically check the level of the full miscella compartment
    • Records indicator reading test results from the quality control
    • Cleaning the equipment and environment
    • Assist in the routine maintenance of the plant
    • Ensure the safety of self and others in the line of duty by adhering strictly to safety ethics of the company
    • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management

    THE PERSON MUST

    • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Possess the ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic issues or assist in solving more complex problems.
    • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
    • Familiarity with equipment, machinery and tools related to the specific industry or process.
    • Ability to prioritize task and manage time effectively.
    • Ability to assist in operating equipment, monitoring processes and performing routine tasks.

    QUALIFICATION

    • OND in chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
    • NABTEB/Trade test/Waec.

    Internal Control Supervisor - Premium Edible Oil Products Ltd

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    Ensure that internal control processes are effectively monitored to minimize losses/wastages.

    THE JOB

    • Ensure that local goods/materials purchased by either staff or suppliers of FMN are checked before such items are used and paid for by the company.
    • Check and ensure that invoiced products (Cement/Wheat products) agree with the gate pass and weighbridge dockets and maintain a register for all load-outs.
    • Monitor the carting of scraps and ensure that only authorized scrapped items are taken away at the time of collection.
    • Physical verification of local supplies at stores/offices and treatment of vendors’ waybills in line with Internal Control procedures.
    • Witness fuel receipts and daily fuel inventory management, including distribution to various equipment and transfer to Refinery and Power Plant.
    • Witness raw materials receipt, transfer, evacuation, and loading of finished goods and maintain an accurate record
    • Document supply items on the store monitoring register.

    THE PERSON MUST

    • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to identify and assess risks, and implement controls to mitigate them.
    • Ability to work with various departments to ensure effective internal control.
    • Supervisory skills to lead a team of internal control professionals.
    • Ability to collect, analyze and interpret to identify trends and control issues.
    • Possess interpersonal skills.

    QUALIFICATION

    • OND in accounting, Banking and finance or related field.

    EXPERIENCE

    • At least 2 years cognate experience.

    Miller( Honeywell)

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    Oversee the milling operation on a shift basis to deliver on the required milling KPIs, product quality, and volume through-put at an optimal cost.

    THE JOB

    • Optimize the mills to achieve a balance stock distribution, target extraction, and all quality metrics.
    • Ensure proper wheat gritting and conditioning for milling operation.
    • Identify training needs for production staff in relation to mill performance, accurate record keeping, and work ethics through on the Job training for direct reports.
    • Coordinate the production data capturing to engender productivity and data quality. Thus, ensuring quality reporting of shop floor activities.
    • Monitor and ensure free material movement or flow from the raw wheat bins to the mill to sustain continuous production.
    • Coordinate basic autonomous production maintenance to ensure machines efficiency.
    • Develop a performance tracking system to measure team members.

    THE PERSON MUST

    • Have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Effective organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
    • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
    • Be proficient with Microsoft office suite or related software.

    QUALIFICATION

    • First Degree in Engineering or Science/Intermediate & Final NABIM.
    • PGD in Milling Technology & Quality Control will be an added advantage

    EXPERIENCE

    • At least 3 years cognate experience in similar role.

    Weighbridge Clerk - Honeywell

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    Resource for data analysis, operations performance, and project execution support for the Supply chain program activities.

    THE JOB

    • Accurately weigh trucks entering and exiting the factory.
    • Resolve weight-related variances promptly.
    • Ensure proper handling and usage of office equipment.
    • Maintain accurate and precise records of all weighbridge operations.
    • Assist and support engineers and vendors during weighbridge calibration.
    • Submit daily weighing tickets and reports for TL (Team Lead) and WBO (Weighbridge Officer) review.
    • File all weighbridge documents in sequential order.
    • Ensure all vehicles comply with legal weight limits and company policies before entering and leaving the factory.
    • Regularly inspect the weighbridge and surrounding area to maintain safety standards and report any hazards or maintenance needs promptly.

    THE PERSON MUST

    • Have an excellent verbal and written communication skill.
    • Be able to work in a team.
    • Have an excellent customer service skill
    • Pay high attention to details.
    • Be able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

    QUALIFICATION

    • Minimum of OND in any relevant course.
