    Managing Director

    Responsibilities
    Leadership & Management:

    • Developing and executing the company’s business strategies
    • Providing strategic advice to the board and chairperson
    • Preparing and implementing comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement
    • Monitor financial performance and provide regular feedback to the Board. And lead strategic plan and implementation.
    • Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders
    • Provide strategic advice to the board and Chairperson so that they will have accurate view of the market and the company’s future
    • Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
    • Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times
    • Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities
    • Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures
    • Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
    • Read all submitted reports by lower rank managers to reward performance, prevent issues and resolve problems

    Fundraising & Communications:

    • With the Vice President of Development, expand KloudOpp Limited fundraising strategy and capabilities to meet revenue growth goals.
    • Expand and enhance a diversified fundraising program which would include, but not be limited to, major individual giving, foundation, corporate, membership, in-kind and special events.
    • Expand programming revenue generation, and corporate and foundation fundraising activities, to support existing program operations and global expansion.
    • Use external presence and relationships to garner new opportunities.

    Planning & New Business:

    • Design further expansion and execute the five-year strategic planning process for program expansion into new markets.
    • Assure the organization has a long-range strategy which achieves its mission, and toward which it makes consistent and timely progress.
    • Build partnerships in new geographies, establishing relationships with the entrepreneurs, funders, and political and community leaders at each expansion site.
    • Create, implement and evaluate program initiatives that reflect the mission, vision and values of KloudOpp Limited.

    Requirements and skills

    • Proven experience as Managing Director or other managerial position with over 10 years of experience
    • Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans
    • Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company
    • Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
    • Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices
    • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
    • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA will be preferred

    Chief Marketing Officer

    Description

    • We are at a critical stage in our growth and have an urgent need for a Chief Marketing Officer. Ideally, we want someone with previous startup experience who has experience in all phases of fundraising and market.
    • We are looking for someone to join our Executive Team as our Chief Marketing Officer reporting to our CEO, who is passionate about helping organizations win and bringing out the best in people. A CMO with an exceptional and proven track record of achieving viral network growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Design and implement the marketing strategy
    • Develop key partnerships
    • Oversea the social media channels
    • Develop, grow and nurture the community
    • Ensure incentive strategies align with growth in the network
    • Be an advocate for the company and represent them at relevant conferences
    • Reviewing product vision and roadmap documents to understand the key technical differentiation of our product versus the competition
    • Drafting key marketing messages centered around this differentiation and deciding which customer personas to target
    • Reviewing campaigns that were ineffective in delivering the key messages to the target persona(s), identifying the root cause of the ineffectiveness, and providing targeted coaching for your team to design better campaign plans
    • Design and deliver bold, strategic marketing campaigns tailored to each of our products’ differentiating factors and key buyer personas.

    Requirements

    • Prior experience as a CMO
    • Experience with a big name game studio or metaverse gaming company
    • Proven track record of achieving viral growth in the community and user base
    • Knowledge of the P2E sector
    • Experience with successful NFT drops
    • Experience leading a team in product marketing for an enterprise software product
    • Experience in driving the marketing changes from the acquisition of a new company or product
    • Have strong opinions and not be afraid of sending out industry-disruptive messages
    • Availability to start working within 30 days of receiving an offer
    • Experience as a marketing leader for a broad portfolio of B2B software products

    Chief Strategic Officer (CSO)

    Description 
    The CSO will be responsible for the following areas:
    Leadership & Management:

    • A chief strategy officer (CSO) is a C-level executive level role that will develop and execute strategies to accomplish financial growth in a company.
    • The CSO assists and reports to the CEO, and to the CFO in some instances.
    • We are looking to hire a driven chief strategy officer (CSO) to identify and execute growth opportunities in our company.
    • The CSO will drive merger and acquisition (M&A) activity, and divestments and divestiture.
    • The CSO will also evaluate market forecasts and long-term trends, collect competitive intelligence, drive cross-functional business processes, and maintain business model innovation.
    • You will synchronize strategies with corporate center plans.
    • You will interpret long-term plans into short-term projects.
    • To ensure success you will have a clear understanding of your role, be focused on planning, growth, and business model innovation objectives, and display sound judgement on which markets to target. Top candidates will have excellent listening and people skills, and be proactive.

    Responsibilities

    • Identifying strategic risks.
    • Collaborating with leadership, special committees, and consultants to execute strategies.
    • Communicating strategy effectively throughout the company.
    • Ensuring suitable metrics are in place to measure performance and progress.
    • Monitoring execution of business initiatives.
    • Executing divestments and divestiture.

    Requirements

    • Advanced Degree in Marketing or Business Development
    • 8+ years of strategic experience in a similar environment, management consulting, Fintech, Software Development or investment banking.
    • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Excellent people skills.
    • Proficient computer skills.
    • Available to travel.
    • You’re a seasoned Chief Strategic Officer with 10+years of experience
