    Marketing & Branding Manager

    Job Summary

    • Brand Manager is responsible for everything creating and maintaining the organization’s brand identity. Your role is to ensure that the organization’s branding standard is maintained across board in every internal and external marketing collaterals of the hospital.
    • You are to report directly to the Global Lead Operations and work hand in hand with other sales and presales team members in performing your roles and duties.

    • Complete imprint of Lily’s brand standards across our internal / external marketing collaterals.
    • Manage Lily Hospital’s online presence
    • Ensure 100% achievement of our branding request.
    • 100% increase in bringing brand awareness to both our internal and external stakeholders.
    • Shape and innovatively communicate our vision and mission.
    • Analyze Lily’s brand positioning and consumer insights.
    • Translate Lily’s brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
    • Ensures that all Lily’s internal and external marketing collaterals meets Lily’s defined brand standard
    • Lead creative development within the marketing team
    • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications for all our marketing collaterals
    • Able to work with the entire marketing team in interpreting and implementing our branding brief
    • Measure and report the performance of all sales and marketing campaigns and also assess ROI and KPIs
    • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities as relate to Lily Hospitals brand position.
    • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
    • Coordinate marketing/advertising strategies (digital and traditional) towards achieving set targets, also drive innovative growth strategies for LHL brand improvement.
    • Coordinate the activities of team members towards achieving set target
    • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics.
    • Be a positive influencer by providing training, mentorship & coaching to team members and ensure that the team performance appraisal is carried out biannually.

    The Person

    • Interested candidates should possess an HND, BA or BSc.
    • 5 years experience in sales and digital marketing in a reputable organization.
    • Previous experience in Health care sector will be an added advantage.
    • A clear understanding of what the entire spectrum of branding represents.
    • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
    • A grounded brand strategist
    • With practical understanding of brand design and communication tools (UI/UXD and Digital marketing techniques).

    Billing Officer

    Job Functions

    • Collaborate with various departments to compile accurate and complete patient billing information.
    • Verify insurance information and communicate with HMO representatives to ensure accurate coverage details.
    • Generate and process invoices, claims, and billing statements for HMOs.
    • Review and reconcile payments, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues in a timely manner.
    • Maintain updated records of patient information, insurance policies, and billing history.
    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing billing inquiries and concerns from patients and HMOs.
    • Stay up-to-date with healthcare industry regulations and HMO policies to ensure compliance in billing processes.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Proven experience in medical billing, particularly with HMOs and insurance companies.
    • Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience.
    • Strong understanding of healthcare billing procedures, coding, and documentation requirements.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to accurately process and analyze complex billing data.
    • Problem-solving skills to address billing discrepancies and resolve issues effectively.
    • Familiarity with medical terminology.

    Occupational Health Officer

    Job Brief

    • We are seeking a responsible Safety Officer to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines.
    • Your primary role will be advising on measures to minimize hazards and maintain a safe working environment.
    • Vigilance in identifying violations is crucial.

    Responsibilities

    • Support the development of Occupational Health Safety policies and programs.
    • Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (noise levels, use of machinery etc.)
    • Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures
    • Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation
    • Initiate and organize Occupational Health Safety training of employees and executives

    • Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care for work-related injuries and illnesses.

    Requirements and Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health, Nursing, or a related field.
    • 1 - 2 years work experience.
    • Certificate in occupational health and safety is an added advantage.
    • Proven experience as safety officer.
    • Knowledge of occupational health regulations, policies, and best practices.
    • Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics
    • Excellent communication skills.

    Audiologist

    Job Description

    • The audiologist is responsible for providing high quality audiology services to patients, with hearing problem and balancing disorders.

    Key Result Areas (KRA)

    The key result areas of this role are:

    • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and diagnostic tests to identify hearing impairments and disorders.
    • Develop personalized treatment plans for patients, including hearing aid fittings, auditory rehabilitation, and counseling.
    • Administer a range of audiological tests such as pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and tympanometry.
    • Collaborate with ENT specialists, speech-language pathologists, and other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in audiology and recommend appropriate technologies and interventions.
    • Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and documentation of services provided.
    • Educate patients and their families on hearing health, communication strategies, and the proper use of hearing aids and assistive devices.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Audiology or Master's degree in Audiology from an accredited institution.
    • 1 - 2 years experience in Audiology.
    • Knowledge of the principles and practice of clinical audiology.
    • Job holder must exhibit a commitment towards continuous quality improvement.
    • Empathy, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to care.
    • Proficiency in conducting audiological assessments and interpreting test results
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare colleagues.
