    Marketing & Business Development Executive

    Job Brief

    • The Insurance Broker will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and securing insurance policies for clients.
    • This role requires a strong understanding of both general and life insurance products, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and insurance carriers.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets and enhance the company's insurance business.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential clients, including individuals and businesses, to generate leads and increase sales opportunities.
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the insurance sector.
    • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns, materials, and events aimed at attracting new clients and retaining existing ones.
    • Offer expert advice and guidance to clients on insurance products, coverage options, and risk management strategies.

    • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, such as underwriters, claims processors, and customer service representatives, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 3 years work experience.
    • Proven experience in insurance sales, business development, or a similar role.
    • Thorough understanding of insurance products, policies, and industry regulations.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture client relationships.
    • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
    • Professional certification in insurance (CIP, CRM) is advantageous.

    Business Development Manager

    Job Description

    • As a business development executive at our PTSP, you will play a crucial role in fostering business growth and building solid connections with potential clients and partners, identifying new business opportunities, promoting our payment terminal solutions, and contributing to increasing our market presence will be your main responsibilities.

    Responsiblities
    Business Development:

    • Research and identify potential clients, markets, and industry trends to drive business expansion, generate leads and pro-actively pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets, build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through various channels, including cold-calling, networking, and attending industry events.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Devel and support toop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and requirements, provide excellent customer service clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our payment terminal services.
    • Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

    Product Promotion and Presentation:

    • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our payment terminal solutions to potential clients, conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase the value proposition of our services, collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and sales collateral that align with business objectives.

    Market Analysis and Competitor Research:

    • Conduct a market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and potential areas for product improvement stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to formulate effective strategies.

    Contract Negotiation and Closure:

    • Prepare and present proposals and negotiate contracts with clients, adhering to company policies and pricing guidelines work closely with the legal and finance teams to ensure smooth contract finalization and adherence to legal requirements.

    Reporting and Performance Analysis:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospecting efforts, and client interactions using CRM tools. provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and progress towards targets to the management team.

    Training and Development:

    • Conduct twice-monthly training sessions on Sales and Customer Support for the team. Focusing on best practices, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.

    Requirements

    • A Degree or HND with a minimum of 5 years in the financial/ fintech industry.
    • Proven record achieved in previous employment sector.
    • A driven goal oriented and self-motivated professional with the ability to multitask.
    • Strong team player, good communication skills and leadership attribute, capable of training and imparting knowledge.
