    Marketing Intern

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our marketing team.
    • The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of marketing principles and a keen interest in developing their skills in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with sales, products, and creative teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business goals.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, competitive landscape and provide insights and recommendations based on findings.
    • Assist in outbound and inbound marketing activities; attending events, webinars, and trade shows, advertising, optimization and content development.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting.
    • Assist the marketing team and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
    • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks that may be assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • At least one year of experience in a marketing role, internship, or related position.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

    Manufacturing Finance Analyst

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Perform a monthly reconciliation of asset under construction (AUC)
    • Active Fixed Asset Management (FAM) and reporting.
    • Tracks and follow up with asset due for capitalization.
    • Perform monthly SOX control as part of month-end procedure.
    • Review and analyze all CAPEX downpayment.
    • Monthly reconciliation and reporting of all CAPEX transactions and report any variance when compared to CAPEX budget.
    • Participate in monthly inventory stock count and reconciliation.
    • Collection and reporting in BI operations functional KPIs.
    • Other projects as assigned.

    QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Strong understanding of accounting theory with speciality in fixed asset management
    • ICAN or ACCA skills level or above preferably
    • 2+ years accounting/finance experience.
    • Experience in the FMCG or consulting industry preferred.
    • Proficiency with SAP/ related ERP system, email and Microsoft Office application

    • Ability to meet assigned deadlines.
    • An excellent team player with the ability to collaborate with other employees to drive business goals.

    Gas Station Attendant

    Responsibilities

    • Greet customers and provide assistance with their fueling needs.
    • Collect payments and provide change as necessary.
    • Keep a log of fuel transactions, vehicle information and customer complaints.
    • Maintaining the cleanliness of the gas station
    • Checking and maintaining the inventory of gas and convenience store items.
    • Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the management team.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess an OND / SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1 year experience.
    • Good customer service skills.
    • Ability to handle a cash register.
    • Skills to operate the gas pumps and other gas station equipment.
    • Ability to work in a team environment.
    • Ability to follow safety regulations and standards.
