    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for implementing, maintaining and optimizing the country/operation Security Risk Management program within the Country.

    • Responsible for the Security of Maersk employee’s, assets and operations through strong knowledge of the Security Risk Management Methodology and expertise in implementing Physical Security, Supply Chain Security (incl. Loss Prevention) and employee Duty of Care

    • Responsible for responding to, reporting and investigation of security incidents involving Maersk employees, assets (including facilities and cargo) and operations

    • Manage Maersk employee travel risks and Journey Management Programme in country (country team/visitors)

    • Member of the core Country Senior Management Team, advising Managing Director and colleagues on all Security Risks Management aspects.

    • Acts as Country level Crisis Management Coordinator to Country Crisis Management Team

    • Manages day-to-day supervisory activities for all internal and outsourced security staff. Conduct security related training of staff and maintain associated records

    • Responsible for monitoring both routine and emergency staff communication channels and systems

    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

    • Minimum 5 - 8 years of security experience, either in the public or private sector & at least 3 years at Management level

    • Must have in-depth knowledge of security procedures for journey management residential security, facilities, IT, CCTV and perimeter security

    • Must have a full understanding of preventative security measures, baseline security and Security Management Planning

    • Requires full understanding of local safety laws and regulations

    • Requires an understanding of international standards of safe work practices for the industry

    • Must have extensive knowledge in investigative procedures and report-writing

    • Requires excellent organizational skills, including planning, directing, and monitoring activities

    • Requires good problem-solving skills, with an ability to define the problem, examine solutions, and select the best solution, and this must be done at times immediately under stress

    • Requires ability to remain calm, but able to direct others, in times of emergency

    • Requires certification in first aid and CPR

    • Will and drive to excel together with others

    We are searching for a meticulous and highly organized warehouse coordinator to manage the spare parts inventory for our company.

    In this role, you will be required to handle inbound and outbound warehouse operations, perform daily cyclic counts, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure warehouse safety, security, and 5S.

    Responsibilities

    • Compliance with APM Terminals Way of Working (WoW), Maersk values and exhibit behaviours that reflect our company culture, at work and in life

    • Coordinate the prompt parts issuance and returns, document control, post all transactions in IFS once executed physically and support goods receipt

    • Timely preparation of spare parts for preventive maintenance (PMs)

    • Good understanding and application of APM Terminals global warehouse processes on Mavim, IFS10 Inventory Management module, and our global warehouse & safety standards

    • Assign tasks to warehouse assistants as required

    • Perform daily cyclic counts of parts issued and unissued and report variances to the warehouse supervisor

    • Performing a daily inspection of assigned warehouses to guarantee proper housekeeping, storage, parts preventive maintenance, safety, and security

    • Monitor local Warehouse and Inventory statistics and KPIs, and identify potential improvements to warehouse management

    • Support other functions as required

    Minimum Requirements

    • Integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic

    • Excellent organizing skills, with the capacity to handle highly sensitive and detailed tasks

    • A Bachelor's degree or its equivalent, with 3 years of experience in managing spare parts for heavy-duty equipment maintenance

    • Knowledge of warehouse operations and procurement process

    • Deep understanding of inventory management concepts such as ABC analysis, cycle counting, order point planning, SKU identifiers, and inventory/location labelling

    • Ability to identify and handle storage of different types of common engineering spare parts, tools, consumables, and dangerous goods

    • Competent in performing basic linear measurements and preventive maintenance

    • Proficiency in IFS Applications – Inventory Module, SAP Materials Management (SAP MM), or any other CMMS inventory management software

    • Uphold the highest standards of occupational safety and health, and be aware of safety hazards inherent in a heavy-duty equipment maintenance work environment

    • Knowledge of Barcode inventory management system is desired

    • Professional certification in Logistics & Supply Chain is desired
