    Position Overview

    • We are seeking passionate and dedicated People and Culture Graduate Trainees to join our team.
    • This program offers recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources.

    Responsibilities

    • Participate in rotational assignments across multiple departments

    Customer Service Representative

    Job Summary

    • Customer Service Representative is the front line of support for the company's customers.
    • You'll be responsible for answering customer questions, resolving customer problems, and providing excellent customer service.

    Responsibilities

    • Answer customer questions about products or services
    • Resolve customer problems and complaints in a timely manner
    • Provide customer support via various channels
    • Escalate complex customer issues to management
    • Collect and record customer feedback
    • Help to improve the customer experience.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
