    Product Manager (Fintech)

    Job Summary:

    • The Company is seeking to hire a Product Manager who will be responsible for driving product initiatives from inception through to execution.
    • The ideal candidate will work closely with Product designers, Software engineers, Product analysts, and other cross-functional team members within the organization to ensure that the Company’s products amaze and delight its users.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own delivery of product initiatives and releases
    • Develop, prepare and support of product roadmap
    • Develop customer empathy in multiple markets to inform your road map, balancing current and future needs
    • Write user narratives to imagine the experience a customer may have
    • Define, document, and communicate objectives, requirements and constraints for product initiatives and releases
    • Collaborate with technical team and designers to edit the service and product
    • Communicate development status and document progress toward milestones

    Key Requirements:

    • First degree in any related field.
    • 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent preferably in a financial service industry.
    • A track record of shipping and iterating on successful products with cross-functional teams.
    • Prior experience building complex full-stack products, ideally in mobile.
    • Prior experience as an engineer or in the ecommerce/retail or payments industry is a plus.
    • Great interpersonal and communication skills that shine when you’re talking with a customer or engaging a cross-functional audience.
    • Demonstrated leadership, the ability to drive product strategy and work well with engineers and designers.
    • An analytical and metrics driven work style that leverages data to make informed decisions.

    Head of Sales (Financial Technology)

    • This role is ideal for a Head of Sales who will be fully responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead gen through to close, in Nigeria, Ghana & Kenya.
    • This position is well suited to a consultative, relationship-builder who is confident presenting, both face-to-face and virtually, within a corporate, financial services environment, discussing and solving the payment challenges facing B2B and Enterprise business in Africa.

    Key Requirements:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field of study from a recognized academic institution
    • 8+ years’ B2B sales and commercial experience in the Payment or FMCG Industry
    • Must demonstrate good knowledge and leadership experience in the payment space.
    • Good business sense.
    • A deep understanding of sales and marketing principles
    • Good negotiation skills

    • Master’s degree will be an added advantage.

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
