    PVC Pipe Operator

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for operating and maintaining the plant machineries;

    • HND/OND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
    • Minimum of 4 years cognate experience in manufacturing companies.

    Generator Operator

    Responsibilities

    • Operate and maintain generators ranging from 200KVA to 5000KVA to ensure continuous power supply.
    • Monitor generator performance and promptly address any issues or malfunctions.
    • Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on generators as needed.
    • Keep detailed records of generator operations, maintenance activities, and fuel consumption.
    • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

    Qualifications

    • B.Eng / HND Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
    • Proven experience operating and maintaining generators, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
    • Proficiency in handling generators of various capacities, including 200KVA, 500KVA, and 5000KVA.
    • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

    Electrician

    Responsibilities

    • Carry out installations and maintenance services of electrical systems and machinery in factory and household.
    • Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning electrical equipment, appliances.
    • Conduct comprehensive maintenance and attend to breakdown issues on the lines.
    • Carry out machine inspection tasks and submit report to supervisor to ensure effectiveness of production.
    • Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
    • Carry out planned maintenance on electrical systems and machinery to ensure efficient operation.
    • Respond to emergency repair calls to avoid interruption in operation.
    • Perform housekeeping functions to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.

    Qualifications

    • HND or B. Tech in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
    • Minimum of 5 years of cognate experience in manufacturing companies
    • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Have excellent analytical skills and critical thinking abilities.
    • Be self motivated and able to work well independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Have great organizational and time management abilities.
    • Be observant and detail oriented.

    Quality Control Officer

    Job Description

    • Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing standards, measuring dimensions, and examining the functionality.
    • Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complies with legal requirements.
    • Reviewing blueprints and specifications to compare produced goods.
    • Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes, and inputting data into a quality database.
    • Proposing improvements to the production process.
    • Monitoring the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and discard any that do not meet requirements.
    • Keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs.
    • Using gauges such as calipers and micrometers to measure products.
    • Collecting and compiling statistical quality data.
    • Assisting in the development of test methods and inspection plans.

    Requirements

    • BSc in Chemistry, Microbiology, Laboratory sciences, or related field.
    • 4-6 years of experience
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
