    Real Estate Sales Officer

    Job Opportunity

    • We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Real Estate Sales and Marketing Personnel.
    • In this role, the personnel will be responsible for promoting and selling our properties / real estate products and developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
    • The primary goal will be to generate leads, attract potential buyers, and close sales transactions successfully.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote our real estate listings.
    • Create compelling content, including property descriptions, visuals, and videos.
    • Manage social media platforms and online advertising campaigns to generate leads.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
    • Organize and participate in property events and exhibitions.

    Sales and Marketing Strategy:

    • Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to promote real estate properties effectively
    • Identify target markets and potential buyer segments to maximize outreach and lead generation.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.

    Lead Generation and Conversion:

    • Generate qualified leads through various channels, including online advertising, social media platforms, networking, and referrals.
    • Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
    • Conduct property tours and presentations highlighting key features and benefits to prospective buyers.

    Sales Negotiation and Closing:

    • Engage in effective sales negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes and secure sales contracts.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 year experience.

    Architect

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop innovative and practical architectural designs for residential and commercial projects.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, and incorporate them into the design process.
    • Produce detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications using CAD software.
    • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs are feasible and comply with building codes and regulations.
    • Oversee the construction process to ensure that projects are executed according to the approved plans and specifications.
    • Conduct site visits to assess progress, resolve any design or construction issues, and ensure quality control.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into design projects.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
    • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to meet deadlines and financial targets.
    • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience.

    Digital Marketer and Content Creator

    JobRole

    • Generate leads
    • Follow up on the leads generated as SEO/Social media, etc., and market research methods
    • Other related duties will be assigned.
    • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
    • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM), and applications (Web analytics, etc.)
    • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
    • Knowledge of online marketing channels
    • Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
    • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
    • Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
    • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and other social media best practices
    • Good understanding of social media KPIs

    Requirements

    • Reside around Ajah and its environment.
    • Real Estate experience will be an added advantage.
    • Hybrid and Remote workers are not acceptable.
