• Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone
• Quickly answer or properly referring questions and issues optimazing the providers of schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling
• Notify providers of patient arrivals
• Comforting patients by anticipating anxieties and effectively answer questions
• Ensuring availability of treatment information by refrieving and updating patients record
• Verifying financial record if collecting patient charges.

Job Description

• Ensure that all medications given to patients are prescribed for a legitimate healthcare purpose within hospital
• Order drugs, medical suppies and other products in line with correct prescriting
• Provide post prescribing advise to patients through effective communication with healthcare professionals
• Work with the clinical staff to ensure that patients are prescribed the correct dose of medication.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess B.Pharm Degrees with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.
