    Regional Retail Coordinator

    Responsibilities

    • Stock Management: You will manage stock reconciliations and reduce stock shortage occurrence In the region by re-ordering understocked Stock Keeping Units (SKUs)to individual shops.
    • Aged stock: You will support Field Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and shops in aged stock returns and reallocations and in reporting lost phones.
    • DSR Stock Holding: You will support FSMs, SEs, and shops to ensure all active selling DSRs and new DSRs are holding stock within the min-max levels.
    • Phone Repairs: You will manage the delivery of phones to the repair center within Service level agreement and customers pick up repaired phones within Service level agreement.
    • Cancellations: You will ensure cancellations within the region are closed in time.
    • Shop assistants support: You will ensure regular coaching of shop assistants on processes, products, systems, and service
    • Reverse logistics: You will ensure shops perform reverse logistics mindful of M-KOPA standards.
    • You will report the performance of shop assistants.
    • You will develop retail strategies that support our goals.
    • You will resolve issues experienced by shop assistants as they arise.

    Requirements

    • At least 2 years of working in sales or retail field.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with basic MS Excel and MS word knowledge and good reporting skills
    • A good leader with empathy ready to support low-level employees
    • Clear communication on email, telephone, in person.
    • Able to self-manage and take initiative without being micro-managed.
    • At least a college diploma in a business-related field

    Regional Sales Training Lead

    Job Description

    • We are looking to hire a Regional Sales Training Lead to deliver effective sales trainings, improve new Direct Sales Representatives’ (DSR) productivity, and support all sales activities across assigned region.

    Responsibilities

    • Direct Sale Representative Documentation (DSR) - Ensure NO DSRs are trained without having all required documents
    • Act as a custodian of DSR Onboarding Documentation- including being point persons for all audits
    • Conduct On-boarding Training ensuring proper execution of content delivery
    • Field Training - Teaching, demonstrating, coaching and supporting new DSRs in the field to hit their KPls
    • Reporting - Responsible for providing reports to management to enhance visibility on field operations.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. or HND in any related field
    • 4+ years’ training experience in Field-Sales and/or Capability Development related field e.g. Micro-finance or other financial services, mobile-money, FMCG or other Product/Service in Nigeria
    • Excellent presentation, communication, coaching, and people skills
    • Good planning, organization, and conflict-resolution skills
    • Ability to motivate a wide array of people to perform
    • Ability to work calmly under pressure

    Sales Executive - Ilorin

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor and deliver set sales target within the designated territory.
    • Achieve and surpass sales targets of M-KOPA products by developing local networks.
    • Uphold the brand values of M-KOPA, including ensuring the M-KOPA retail point standard and guidelines are adhered to.
    • Recruit, train, coach, mentor & supervise field-based team of Direct Sales Representatives (DSR) to meet the set targets in line with M-KOPA business goals.
    • Keenly monitor and evaluate the performance of DSRs to meet the performance standards
    • Manage DSR inventory and resolve audit recommendations in line with M-KOPA audit resolution guidelines
    • Design Sales and Marketing Strategy for the team to ensure Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly sales target are reached.
    • Monitor and Analyze performance of Marketing campaigns
    • Report writing

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. or a Higher National Diploma Holder in any related field
    • 2 years of Sales experience in FinTech Microfinance, Insurance, Telecommunications, Mobile-Money, FMCG, or other product/service in Nigeria.
    • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
    • Ability to motivate and lead a team
    • Planning, Organization, and Conflict-resolution skills
