    Job Summary

    • As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.

    Electrical Engineer

    Responsibilities

    • Design, control, and implement electrical systems and products
    • Develop manufacturing processes according to global engineering codes and standards
    • Manage engineering projects and deliver them on time
    • Ensure that installations and applications are in line with customer needs and safety standards
    • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and apply new system processes
    • Perform quality and performance analysis on new and legacy IT systems
    • Summarize data and report on test results
    • Examine needs on new equipment, calculate costs and help prepare budgets
    • Monitor maintenance and inspection plans

    • Working with a variety of technicians.

    Quality Assurance Pharmacist /Healthcare

    Job Description

    • The main responsibility of the Quality Assurance Pharmacist is to ensure continued compliance of the technical aspects of the business.
    • The purpose is to ensure compliance with all the provisions of the Pharmacy Act.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
    • Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality systems and identify areas for improvement.
    • Review and approve quality-related documentation, including batch records, specifications, and validation protocols.
    • Collaborate with quality control teams to establish and maintain quality control processes.
    • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines, addressing any non-compliance issues.
    • Provide training to staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
    • Review and approve the release of finished pharmaceutical products for distribution.
    • Identify opportunities for continuous quality improvement and participate in process enhancement initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Candidate from this location can apply, Akwa-Ibom & Rivers State
    • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • A minimum 5 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical industry with at least 4+ years in QA/QC type roles supporting commercial pharmaceutical operations, ideally in a production QA support, technical manufacturing projects or release roles
    • In-depth knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
    • Licensed pharmacist in Nigeria
    • Shows high level of integrity in all customer related and business activities.
    • Understanding of common medical warehousing standards
    • Experience in capacity development and delivery of trainings
    • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
    • Experience with quality audits and process improvement.
    • Highest degree of personal and professional integrity, honesty, and ethics.
    • Continuous quality improvement mindset.
    • Leadership by example orientation.
    • Actively engage with operations and HQ management.

    Account Payable Executive

    Job Brief

    • We are looking for an individual who can effectively run the company’s accounting and financial activities, analyze the economic stability of the company and provide financial information to other departments, enabling these departments to make budgeting and investment decisions and also an individual who can be able to give proper report on costs, productivity, margins and company expenditures.

    Responsibilities

    • Posting of daily production revenue from unrealized to realized
    • Preparation of financial statement
    • Preparation of bank reconciliation statements
    • Management of Account payables and generating a weekly payable report
    • Preparation of monthly staff salary and remittance of all statutory Obligations- PAYE,WHT
    • Month End Closure
    • Preparation and monitoring of Budgets.
    • Ensure proper accruals are made and monthly amortization of prepaid expenses

    Essential Attributes and Experience

    • Should be a Graduate of Accounting
    • 5 - 6 years’ experience as a financial accountant in the printing industry
    • Certified practicing Accounting Certification will also be an added advantage
    • Proper use of Excel and MS word and Accounting Applications
