    Sales/Business Development Coordinator

    Locations - Lagos &  Port Harcourt

    An oil and gas servicing company, with specialties in Solids Control and Engineering Services, is looking to hire qualified and competent individuals for the position of a Sales/Business Development Coordinators in their Lagos and Port Harcourt offices.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • B.Sc /HND in Business Management/ Marketing or Engineering disciplines
    • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in similar role in an Engineering set-up
    • Membership of relevant professional body will be an added advantage
    • Conversant with regulatory and Government Agencies relations management, e.g., NIPEX, NAPIMS, DPR, NCDMB, etc.
    • Ample experience of Business development and sales of Engineering services and products with track records
    • Good knowledge of tender packaging
    • Budget preparation experience
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to complete tasks on time

    Position - Team Member, Marketing & Relationship Management

    Location – Victoria Island, Lagos

    A leading Insurance company is looking to hire a Marketing professional to join its Marketing and Relationship Management team with the job objective being to support the achievement of the company’s Sales/Marketing strategy through the development of new businesses and retention of existing ones.

    Core Responsibilities:

    1. Relationship Management

    • -Develop relationships with customers to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction is achieved
    • -Ensure retention of existing businesses through implementation of customer service retention schemes
    • -Review market research to determine opportunities that exist and ways to capitalize on them
    • 2. Business Development
    • -Develop new business leads and prospects
    • -Follow through to ensure that all required documents are provided for operation, relevant insurance documents are delivered to customers and claims payments are followed through     
    • 3. Reconciliation of accounts with brokers, credit control and finance

    Person Specifications

    • First degree in any discipline
    • Minimum of two (2) years’ post NYSC experience
    • Professional membership of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN)
    • Bancassurance Certification
    • Agent proficiency certification

    Knowledge and skills

    • Experience selling products that are not FMCG
    • Experience with creating and delivering presentations tailored to audience needs
    • Able to take initiative
    • Result oriented
    • Excellent communication
    • Customer focus
