    Sales / Growth Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
    • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives.
    • Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance to executive leadership.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as a Sales/Growth Manager or in a similar leadership role.
    • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    • A university degree (Bsc, MBA, etc)

    IT Sales Executive

    Position Overview :

    • This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Sales Executive located in Lekki. The IT Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, account management, and achieving sales targets for IT solutions and services.
    • This will include initiating and maintaining communication with clients, conducting product presentations, and closing sales deals.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in IT sales, lead generation, and account management
    • Strong understanding of information technology solutions and services
    • Excellent communication and networking skills
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
    • Ability to articulate technical solutions to a non-technical audience
    • Qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
