    Sales Representative

    Job Description

    • As Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the success of the company’s sales department. you will set goals for your team and produce monthly forecasting reports to see how well they achieve those targets and budgets based on what's happening with revenue streams so that everything runs smoothly from month to month.

    Responsibilities

    • Generating leads.
    • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
    • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
    • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
    • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
    • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
    • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
    • Understanding and promoting company programs.
    • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
    • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
    • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
    • Maintaining client records.
    • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their need.

    Requirements and skills

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field with 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.
    • Experience in sales.
    • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
    • A commitment to excellent customer service.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
    • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
    • Competency in microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
    • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.

    Salary
    N50,000 - N60,000 Monthly.

    Sales Manager

    Job Brief

    • As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the success of the company’s sales department.

    • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
    • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence
    • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
    • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

    Requirements and Skills

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in Business Administration or a related field with 2-5 years experience
    • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
    • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
    • Strong business sense and industry expertise

    Management Accountant

    Description 

    • A manufacturing firm is recruiting for the position of management accountant .
    • As a management accountant, you will be performing financial analysis, preparing financial forecasts, and advising senior management on strategic planning.
    • To ensure success as a management accountant, you should exhibit extensive knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting and experience in a similar environment.
    • An outstanding management accountant will be someone whose financial accounting and business management expertise translates into sustained business growth.

    • Extensive knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
    • Strong mathematical and analytical aptitude.

    Salary
    N150,000 - N180,000 monthly.
