    System Engineer

    About the Job

    • The Systems Engineer will be responsible for the Network Security solutions for Presales, Implementation and support for Clients.
    • He/She will be required to provide support for all network security solutions that Tigerlogic offers which Includes but is not limited to Next Generation Firewall, Network Access Control and Application Optimization etc.
    • The Primary responsibilities are to lead in the Design, Planning and Implementation of all Network security and auxiliary services delivery across all of the Client's engagements.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct threat and Risk analysis and provide essential recommendations
    • Assist in designing and developing security features for system architectures.
    • Offer Integration and deployment of security solutions
    • Install, configure and maintain network hardware, software, devices and appliances in support of TCO infrastructure
    • Prepare network or Infrastructure Visio topology diagrams, write standard operating procedures, maintenance plans and provide status reports as required, participate in data calls and other operational and maintenance tasks
    • Troubleshoot network problems, network device configurations and coordinate with various department administrators to facilitate connectivity and issue resolution
    • Provide Pre-sales services to the sales team
    • Participate in prioritizing, coordinating, planning, executing, and closing projects and tasks to produce the required deliverables
    • Experience with Cisco Network and related technologies (Cisco Security, Palo Alto/Fortinet)
    • Demonstrate a solid understanding of the OS and TCP/IP network models
    • Experience analyzing security impacts and risks
    • Must be familiar with multiple technologies i.e. Network Security, Networking, Server Operating System (Windows, Linux, UNIX), Virtualization technology (i.e. VMware, Hyper-V).

    Qualifications

    • 2 - 3 years professional experience in ICT industry
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
    • Experience in configuring, monitoring and troubleshooting systems.

    Senior Client Sales Manager

    About the Job

    • The Primary purpose of the Senior Client Sales Manager is to help the business meet Sales/revenue goals and ensure Clients' retention.
    • Must also be able to develop opportunities and manage account, Mange the relationship with the Client throughout the Lifecycle of Engagement and act as the main point of contact between the Clients and TigerLogic.

    Responsibilities

    • Establish strong, trust-based relationships with the clients and serve as the clients Advocacy
    • Responsible for sales, invoicing and cash collections in large /key accounts
    • Drive account planning process – with clear understanding of budget owners, influence centres and the approval process from the users to procurement departments
    • Drive clients’ loyalty and retention through excellence in clients’ service and support
    • Enhance the business capabilities and service offerings by listening to client needs and gain insights based on their needs.
    • Identify and understand clients’ needs, proactively provide the right solutions that meet the clients’ pain points- working closely with the solutions sales team.
    • Commercial management- pricing, contract negotiations (under approvals) including profitability protection.
    • Collaborate effectively with other functions i.e. Presales, Project Managers both at the prospecting and fulfilment engagement stages.
    • Maintain level of sales certifications (as demanded by manager) and engagement with key vendors (OEMs)

    Qualifications

    • 6 - 8 years Sales experience in ICT services Industry
    • Deep understanding of the competition landscape.
    • Flexibility to navigate ambiguity and effectively manage changing priorities
    • Strong commercial and business acumen
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Customer centricity orientation.
