    Team Lead, Account Opening Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Manage all sales agents in their team.
    • Ensure team resumes & closes at designated retail agent location daily.
    • Train & retrain all sales agents.
    • Create a WhatsApp group for daily reporting of field activations.
    • Provide daily and weekly report to Territory Coordinator.
    • Ensure all new product information is cascaded to the entire team.
    • Escalate all issues to the Territory Coordinator.
    • Commission is tied to performance of Sales agents within their team of ten (10).
    • A team lead is expected to also be a Sales Agent but with additional incentives tied to performance of his team.

    Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc qualification.
    • Organized and able to multitask.
    • Tech savvy
    • Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem solving.
    • Managing processes.

    Account Partner

    Purpose of the Job

    • It is a Sales oriented Job geared to help ensure the unit achieves her sales assigned & revenue target , ensure effective territory coverage, support and manage assigned Accounts for revenue growth and sustainability, help to ensure product penetration, and provide market and competitors intelligence for business guide .

    Job Responsibilities

    • Increase market share by achieving set target through the acquisition of new accounts as well as development and maintenance of current accounts.
    • Account for the fulfilment of the sales process – from lead generation to bill delivery.
    • Seek new clients and create more business opportunities daily, from existing clients to Increase company revenue.
    • Conduct research on potential customers and their disposable income using the data mining system.
    • Carry out continuous analysis of relevant industry, to identify new prospects or opportunities for the corporate sales department.
    • Prepare and present all corporate sales (weekly and monthly), contractual documentation and status reports according to Company’s quality standards.

    • Log all customer requests for service, queries, and complaints, escalate and troubleshoot where necessary.
    • Build an in-depth knowledge of the customers’ operating environment, business drivers, ambition, issues, problems, and obstacles to develop and implement solutions to meet their strategic corporate needs.
    • Maintain excellent partnership-relationships with customers, based on trust and an in-depth understanding of the customers’ business.
    • Assist customers in understanding the value proposition and differentiations of the Company’s data products and services.
    • Ability to liaise with supervisors on discount issues.
    • Continuously seek self-professional development to sharpen skills and capabilities in a versatile and evolving digital landscape.
    • Foster active collaboration and relationships with employees across all levels and divisions in line with the organization’s values.

    Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc in Sciences, Social Sciences and in any relevant field
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing & or business development in FCMG or telecoms industry.
    • Proficiency in the usage of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Must be fluent in English.
    • Not more than 35 years of age.
