    Technical Project Coordinator

    Job Description

    • We are looking for an experienced technical project coordinator to coordinate numerous company’s projects.

    Responsibilities

    • Works with department leadership and stakeholders to document or develop project scope, goals, and deliverables, including project dependencies, project plans, budget proposals, communications plan, project scope, project timeline, and milestones.
    • Work in a team alongside with the Information Technology Manager to assign tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members depending on the complexity of the project and tracks project milestones and deliverables.
    • Also required to work independently on specific tasks until completion.
    • He/She is expected to track manage and resolve cross-project dependencies, risks, issues/conflicts, and change requests to ensure that all targets and requirements are met.
    • He/She is expected to communication effectively and manage communication with project stakeholders (Internal and External) on all project related matters, in a timely and clear fashion manner.
    • Develops and delivers progress reports.
    • Assist in developing and delivering presentations to key stakeholders as needed.
    • Conducts project post-implementation meetings and creates a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
    • May review current systems and processes for possible improvements and implement process changes as appropriate, including writing policies and/or procedures and training.
    • Holds and/or attends regular project meetings, and teleconferences associated with assigned projects.
    • Administers the project approach, structure, and charter through the establishment of project requirements and planning.
    • Monitors the project budget and schedule.

    Educational Qualifications & Work Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems, Business
    • 2 - 3 years hands-on experience in project management and project coordination activities covering Small->Medium->Large projects.
    • Experience of using Project management tools not limited to the listed Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Visio, PowerPoint and Excel.
    • Practical and demonstrable knowledge and experience of project management practices, techniques and principles covering Planning, Scoping, Implementation, change control management, work breakdown structure.

    Other Requirements:

    • Strong organization skills to take initiative and manage multiple tasks and work independently in a demanding, dynamic environment.
    • Able to consistently meet deadlines.
    • Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship management skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and deal with a diverse set of problem.
    • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills to validate the requirements/scope of a project and present information to stakeholders.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze alternative solutions and work independently to resolve issues in a timely manner.
    • Technical ability to understand complex systems and manage cross-program dependencies.

    Technical Support Personnel

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a well experienced technical support personnel to provide technical assistance and support to EBS customers and technical business requirements, utilizing problem management and intelligent/automated troubleshooting techniques.

    Responsibilities

    • Manages and supports field related issues using established techniques.
    • Consults with users to determine steps and procedures required to resolve identified and unknown technical matters.
    • Applies knowledge of computer software, hardware, and procedures to solve problems.
    • Guides users through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include use of diagnostic tools and software verbal instructions.
    • Collaborates with other staff to research and resolve problems.
    • Collaborates with programmers to explain errors and/or recommend modifications in programs.
    • Maintains knowledge of technology innovations and trends.
    • Where required, may be required to develop scripts to automate processes, design and automate processes and readapt solutions to required levels.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Educational Qualifications & Work Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
    • At least two years of hands-on experience of Technical support highly preferred.

    • LINUX
    • SQL, PHP, LINUX, PYTHON, ##, WEB, HTML, Web APPS, Power BI, Tableau, Data Analytics, Business Automation
    • Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visual Studio

    • Ability to explain technical issues to technical and nontechnical employees and customers.

    • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer hardware and software.
