    Technical Sales Manager

    Job Brief

    • Our client requires the services of a Food Machine Technical Sales Manager to deliver excellent sales support to customers and support business development initiatives and OEM acquisitions (primarily Syntegon Technology).
    • In this role, the responsible person will interface with the COC, the organization, and customers to drive deliverables.

    Job Description

    • Pursue sales leads and visit existing and new customers such as food manufacturers, pharmaceuticals, processing, and packaging industries.
    • Initiate business development activities for the company in Anglophone countries.
    • Suggest and drive approved marketing strategies for product awareness in the West and Central African region.
    • Introduce, promote, and manage other OEMs with which we have contracts, such as Carugil, Flavour Sensation, Bosch Power Tool, and Bosch AA.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (required), Master's in Business Administration (preferred).
    • 5-8 years or more of experience in Food machines Technical Sales.
    • Experience in the Food/Pharmaceutical Industry/Processing and Packaging Machine Company (required).
    • Professional experience in the sales or export department is an added advantage.
    • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.

    Key Performance Indicators:

    • New machine turnover/order intake (Minimum of USD350k/Year Sales)
    • Number of good leads generated.
    • COC satisfaction review.

    • Our client is seeking experienced property consultants to market land purchase options for buyers who prefer flexible payment plans.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Market land purchase options with flexible payment plans
    • Assist clients in understanding and choosing suitable property investments
    • Manage client relationships throughout the purchase process.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum qualification: SSCE/NCE/OND
    • 0 - 1 year relevant work experience.
    • Experience in microfinance banking or thrift (Ajo/Esusu) sectors
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Yoruba and other native languages preferred)
    • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
