    Technical Support Engineer

    What We Need

    • We are looking to hire a Technical Support (L2), who will play a crucial role in providing high-quality technical assistance to our customers and internal teams.
    • The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to our payment solutions and platforms.
    • Your expertise and dedication will contribute to ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for our clients.

    What You Will Do

    • Respond to and resolve complex technical inquiries and issues related to our products and services. This involves analyzing problems, identifying root causes, and providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
    • Offer exceptional customer support through various channels (phone, email, chat) while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns promptly and accurately.
    • Proactively monitor and manage reported incidents, including prioritization, escalation, and timely updates to stakeholders. Work towards reducing the mean time to resolution (MTTR) for critical incidents.
    • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our payment solutions, including platform functionality, integration methods, and API documentation. Stay updated with the latest developments and upgrades to provide accurate information to clients.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and QA engineers, to identify and resolve issues, as well as improve the overall product performance and reliability.
    • Create and update technical support documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides to enhance the support teams efficiency and enable self-service for customers.
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve support team performance. KPIs may include customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores, first-response time (FRT), average resolution time, and ticket closure rate.
    • Participate in training sessions for teams, sharing your knowledge and expertise to ensure consistent support quality across the team.
    • Suggest process improvements and provide feedback to enhance the efficiency of the support operations and contribute to an outstanding customer experience.

    Requirements

    • First degree in Computer Science or any relevant field
    • 3+ years Cognate experience in the Financial Technology or IT Infrastructure sector
    • Familiarity with Java or similar languages
    • Prior experience in any ITIL (Incident Management) tool is a plus
    • Prior experience in implementing ITIL processes in a company is a plus
    • Agile methodology experience is a must
    • Experienced in IP networking, routing, connectivity, etc.
    • Working knowledge of API workflow and Testing
    • Knowledge of relational/document-oriented databases incl. SQL
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Customer-focused mentality with attention to detail and accuracy
    • Discipline in properly following up on all customer requests

    What We Need

    • We are looking to hire a competent Project Manager to join its team in Lagos, Nigeria.
    • The Project Manager would serve as a champion in the lifecycle of project development and implementation by collaborating with various teams such as Product, Technology, etc.
    • Also, you would be responsible for managing the competing demands of external stakeholders and ensuring the governance framework is adhered to and project objectives are met.

    What You Will Do

    • Manage and track current project activities and ensure they are completed within target dates, ensure project documents are clear and concise, manage to the project plan, and ensure all project stakeholders adhere to project expectations.
    • Manage concurrent projects while developing timelines with key milestones, delivery, and proper cataloging of assets.
    • Tracks project statuses and manages project issues and risks, including evaluation of progress/quality from both an "on-time" and "on-budget" perspective, while developing action plans to address gaps/risks throughout the project life cycle to ensure delivery.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of first degree in a related field. A post-Graduate degree and certifications in Project Management will be an added advantage.
    • 5+ years of working experience as a Project Manager, with end-to-end responsibility for delivery in the FinTech Industry.
    • Cognate experience in managing the software development lifecycle.
    • Thorough understanding of the project management process throughout the lifecycle, and the ability to identify issues and take corrective action.
    • Proven track record of managing complex and senior stakeholder interactions
    • Experience working with formal Project Methodologies.
    • Ability to engage, influence and motivate a variety of stakeholders to ensure project success.
    • Ability to manage the transition and transformation of business process reengineering through Agile project lifecycle management.
    • Strong project scoping and integration skills with direct experience in the design and implementation of major technical projects.
    • Resiliency to adapt and work in a fast-paced – startup environment
    • Experience in data analytics projects is desirable.
    • Excellent communication skills, team player, and collaborator.
    • Demonstrable experience in managing multiple projects at one time of varying size, complexity, value, and urgency.
    • Must be tenacious and self-motivated with the ability to encourage others and drive issues to a resolution.
    • Proven ability to work independently or as part of a team.
    • Demonstrable time management skills.
    • A working knowledge and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    • Supporting organization, promotion, and coverage of events and conferences;
    • Working closely with social media, branding, and SEO teams to ensure optimized communication flow, both internally and externally;
    • And perform any other task as may be assigned by the Head of Marketing and Senior Management team.

    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
    • Strong digital communications skills including e-sentiment monitoring and SEO- conscious writing for digital PR activities;
    • Familiarity with media databases forward features, and press request tools.
    • Ability to build good relationships with key influencers, industry voices, media outlets, and journalists;

    Head of Finance

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a Head of Finance who will manage our growing Finance Team work alongside our CEO, and report to the CEO. In this role, you collaborate with the leadership team and work across all departments.
    • You will be responsible for shaping and overseeing the systems, processes, and people necessary to underpin the business finances, reporting, stakeholder management, and delivery to the forecast revenue, expense budgets, and timely reporting, and will also be an integral contributor to the Board and the Leadership Team, as well as the strategic development of the business.

    • Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting

    Requirements

    • 7+ years of a strong track record as a Senior Finance Manager or Head of Finance at a SaaS B2B scale-up or in any of the Investment Banking/ Big 4/ Boutique M&A Advisory firms/ Private Equity firm
    • Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Excel (financial modeling and valuations)
    • Excellent knowledge and experience in accounting, controls, tax and compliance.
    • Expertise in negotiating legal & and contractual agreements for suppliers, partners, and clients
    • Attention to detail and hands-on in your approach to leadership
