    Vision Testing Officer - Sango Ota

    Description

    • Conduct visual acuity test, to check eye defects or otherwise
    • Enlighten prospects on the importance of good vision to successful riding and advise on practices that help with good vision
    • Provide feedback to management for decision-making based on experiences with visual testing
    • Keep abreast of advancements in visual testing and advise management on improved testing methods and equipment
    • Ensure good experience for prospects by ensuring they attended to in a polite and friendly manner
    • Respond to questions and guide prospects on all issues related to visual testing
    • Check understanding of safety measures and driving laws
    • Document and report on prospects' performance during a test

    Requirements

    • Minimum 0-1 year experience in a similar role
    • Must understand the local dialect of the business territory
    • Proficiency in other languages is added advantage
    • Good analytical and organizational skills with experience
    • He/she should be able to enjoy clerical and administrative work with good planning and numeric skills.
    • Must possess strong methodical approach to complete the assigned work
    • Attention to details.
    • High Interpersonal skills
    • Maximum concentration over an extended period of time
    • Knowledge about highway code and all traffic and road-use rules
    • Ability to give clear instructions

    Graphics Designer Intern

    Key Requirements:

    • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
    • Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
    • A strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of design principles and theory.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    Human Resources Business Partner

    We are looking for an exceptional HRBP that will drive and execute on a world class People Strategy. You will be highly analytical, a self-starter, results-oriented and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.

    As HRBP, you will execute People initiatives across West Africa and beyond — including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, People Strategy, Automation, Employee Engagement and Learning and Development. You will be responsible for delivering the People Infrastructure that powers the entire MAX community, globally.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Work closely with the executive team and strategic people lead to execute on people strategy and people transformation initiatives across the organization
    • Drive and manage people transformation and change management initiatives.
    • Deliver a positive NPS of 95% amongst all employees at MAX
    • Provide specialist risk-based advice, coaching and people related advice to execs and managers  
    • Provide proactive support, coaching and mentorship to managers to help them deliver agreed targets
    • Drive the development, review and improvement of talent management across MAX
    • Manage cyclical processes including remuneration reviews, employee engagement surveys, recruitment and other people optimization processes
    • Plan, manage and control budgets
    • Take ownership of employee complaints and issues and resolve them systematically and efficiently
    • Manage and proactively engage all relevant internal and external stakeholders across MAX
    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and best practices in all regions of operation
